In a flash of purple energy and a swirl of blue energy, an old, seemingly frail man dressed in black speedo with long silver hair and beard. He peered around this new planet. "Oh, oh dear." He muttered to himself. "This isnt the french beach." He looked down at himself. "And I'm horriby underdressed." He twirled his left hand and robes appeared around him.

Of course, this was right infront of the King of Fioa as he stood on his balcony in his boxers with his damn wings out. "I'm sorry, what?" Psiko asked, confused as all hell.

Psiko chuckled a little, after all he used to have teleportation troubles... When he was a kid. "That's acceptable I suppose." He said, almost formally "Welcome to the kingdom of Fioa. This planet is beautiful."

He motioned over the whole of the capital "I've since been trying to improve their lives and subsequently my own since. I feel I am doing well, after all much of their technological power is powered from my feathers" He chuckled "And i'd say I found this place after searching for a home. I was under the Lady Hikaru's servitude before I felt I would go find a nice planet to settle down on. The Fioans have been more than welcoming to accept me as their leader."

Isaac's eyes widened and he chuckled. "I'm surprised you let them use technology here at all." He said, looking at a gun placement a little ways off. "Hikaru herself would blaze this world if she found them." He joked. Of course, rumors of Hikaru's wrath were not always far from fiction, he reminded himself.

"I dont think so. Ive really no idea on how they channel their magic" Psiko mused, looking below at his peoples "I know we can learn some of their magics; I picked up a few spells myself when I took over. But I've no idea on if they can learn ours."
