Several things: K2 ignored many of my initial assaults. A particle shield (a shield that disentagrates matter) was set up around Red Zero but he ignored it, posting that she went into a bank. He ignored the fact that I put up an AM field around the city and said it still burned and acted only as if I doused it with water. He tried to control the particle shield and when it set up, by saying it set up when she was in the bank.
He said that he set up an AAm field but he declined to mention the actual location, instead opting for 'implying' that it was there. He says that his fire broke apart my particle shield even though it is uneffected by energy which simply passes through it. He closed a portal within an instant (a portal takes about two seconds to actually form on both ends) with mages, which in and over itself is hardly possible. Then he proceeds to say it does 'no real damage' despite the fact that any one weapon that was fired into the portal, of which at least ONE shot should have gotten off, would have severaly damaged his bridge as well as EMPed it.

He then ignores my portal shields and says that the AAM field is still there and acts as if the portals dont exist and the fire gates break them down, something almost impossible. The portal shield would act as a shell for the AAM field, cutting it off and defending the planet. Again, he ignores it. He then attempts to say that his people can act faster than an AI, which can process information within miliseconds and initiate shields within seconds and says that his ships still got through.

He then somehow closes many small portals behind his ship's shields which, again, would take a small amount of time to appear and get the shots off.

Anyway, I figured it wouldn't make a difference if the particle shield rose up around her in the bank or not, but we fixed that. I did have an AAM field up, and I figured it would be obvious that I was raising it over the entire battlefield. My fire is sealing fire, so instead of passing through it, the shield would be broken apart and absorbed by the fire, sealed within it. I closed your portal, yes, but it was on my ship, my mages would have been alerted quickly of it and should be able to close it quickly. Also, it's common courtesy to not portal/teleport beyond a shield, don't remember if we ever said that was impossible though.

I misunderstood your post with the EMP, thought it was deployed outside the ships shields, which would have protected it from an EMP. How would a portal shield protect against an AAM field? It's not like it would be absorbed by the portal. The portal shield raised inside the AAM field, so the portal shield is now just a part of the AAM field.

And some of my fighters have been on the planet since before you raised your portal shield. I posted them going through. Also, your portal shield is being drained of it's power because all the power on the planet is slowly being absorbed by the EAMs I placed on it earlier in the topic. The shields that the fighters are raising to take down the portal shield can be raised fairly quickly because they are very small in size, but the fighters are combining their shields into one shield.

Just because you post something doesnt mean it happens. I can negate it like I did. A post is not so much setting something in stone as attempting to do something.  Like I attempt to kill Red Zero with the particle shield but you then attempt to block it. Just because you say it happens doesnt mean I cant get it down there.

Also,  no one ever told me of this 'common courtesy'. It seemed like a legit tactic to me. But my point about the portal inside the ship was, unless you can close it within seconds the damage would have been done. Seconds. It takes a few seconds to open a portal and when its opened, the pulse weapon blasts would have instantly been transmitted through it.

If you attempt to break apart a shield using magic fire, you can do that. However, it would have to continuosly break apart the new shields as they are set up. I would like to see you in a battle of attrition with a large shield generator.

Plus, I can open the portal shield within seconds. Any shield, really. That gives me time to make my shields around the whole planet, or even right in front of the EAMs. Also, the portal shell acts a bit like the shell of a nut, protecting the inside. The AAM shield on the inside would be cut off because the Portal shield around the planet is absorbing the AAM energy and putting it in the pocket dimension.  A portal shield absorbs energy, radiation, matter, etc and puts it into the pocket dimension its linked to.

Fury. Do remember that this is a public threat, as you have not posted anywhere limiting it to JUST you, K2, and any other staff that would like to chime in. Do not chide other members for putting their ideas in just because it's not directly helping you.

Besides, arent OOC discussions normally limited to participants in said thread and staff anyways?

I was giving advice that could possibly help you invalidate the argument by having you guys move on with K2's tactics another way that no one would have any quarrel with.
