Sirius
« on: April 25, 2010, 09:59:15 PM »
Name: Sirius
Age: Complicated. He's a bit over a thousand years old, but at the same time just a few moments old as of posting. In appearance, he's in his twenties.
Race: Sage. Kind of. He's basically a sage, though his body has been modified to be compatible with Plex. See below.
Alliance: Plex, and at the moment Assassin, so by proxy, Anrufe.
Biography:
Basically, Plex, for those who don't know, is a weapon which was built by the Guardians, an organization now defunct who kept watch over the dimensional plane. NOT the Keepers/Guardians Of Erebus. It's a whole lot of power and was made to defeat Koty if the Guardians Of Erebus ever failed or something.

Obviously, the Guardians didn't want this power unleashed if it could be helped. Plex's energies were found naturally in the dimensional plane (it's complicated), they just modified the energies to make Plex sentient. More about that will come when I get around to making a character for Plex. The Guardians DID make sure that the sentience of Plex and thus the will and such were locked away. And what of the key? The key was Sirius.

They found the energies necessary to nullify the lock they had placed on Plex. They took this energy and fed it to the soul and the very spirit of Sirius, at the time a mere child. He became the key of Plex.. And he was kept far away from Plex, never being made aware of his power until he was a young adult when he learned of the secret against the will of the Guardians. The guardians, feeling he was far too powerful now to be allowed to roam the world without the right influence, tried to keep control of him and train him.

Upon the invasion of the Guardian Dimension by Hikaru, Sirius was quickly taken and sealed inside the arm of a guardian who had an odd, protective covering over his body instead of skin. The same guardian died in battle against Hikaru..

But his body would be the body given to Assassin in the year 2042 upon his resurrection from hell. In the thousand or so years, Sirius had become one with the arm, and could somewhat allow it to move; he'd even on occasion used the body to walk around the Guardian Dimension (as the protective material caused the body not to decay).. And so, he built the Guardian Dimension Security System on the few times when he had enough power to take over the body. However; upon Assassin's gaining the body, he was left inanimate except when granted movement by Assassin, who occasionally used the man for important tasks by implementing some of his own magic into the arm.
Weapons: N/A
Equipment: N/A
Magic Level: Whatever the magic level of Assassin is, usually. Though when he's not part of Assassin, it's 4. Potentially 5, but he doesn't know how to use the powers from the AntiPlexLock energy.

Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

Question:If Plex is a sentient being, how is it going to be 'awarded' at the end of the tournament?
Do you have what it takes to change your destiny, to defy FATE itself?
Let us test the limits of your abilities, and see if you have the WILL to do what no one else tries.

No one besides Plex' creators know it's sentient. They all think it's just the negative dimensional core.
