How this all happened.
Jeremiah Bright, an eccentric man, died shortly before Xap was absorbed again. Having insane amount of magical energy, and almost never using it, meant that by sacrificing his soul, Jeremiah's dream world could be created, a long with his dream people. What formed, was something of a utopia for him. Although his magic wasn't enough to fill in everything. What his energy couldn't make, evil took over and corrupted.
Great Enforcer/Grand Revoker
Also called Yin and Yang, Yin, or Great Enforcer, tries to make the world flow as a part of a beautiful, complicated, master plan. But Yang, or Grand Revoker, shakes things up with twists of fate and evil acts, making sure his plan never happens. They are constantly at war, drawing up plans that their agents perform. This war is all around and constantly effecting the world of Autumnavia, although most can't see it.
Agents of Yin
Enforcers
A collective name for Yin's agents, they are all anthropomorphic animals who walk, talk, and think like Karmagans. They wear dark blue cloaks, and are invisible to Karmagans. Their job is to ferry and protect spirits. They are all strong magic users, unwaveringly loyal to the Great Enforcer.
Agents of Yang
Revokers/Sorcerers
The Grand Revoker's version of Enforcers, Revokers, also known as Sorcerers, use dark magic, dark energy, and shadows manipulation to cause chaos and scatter spirits. They only scatter spirits, not capture them. Most of them appear human, however their skin tones can be different.
Succubus
Embodiments of Jeremiah's lust, the base form of these loyal Yang followers is horns, long tails, and claws, but they can change their weight, height, figure, hair, eyes, skin tone, and make their horns, tails, and claws disappear. They seduce Karmagans with spirits, giving them their sickest desires and taking their souls in exchange.
Sirens
Originally agents of the Grand Revoker, a majority of them rebelled. They are beautiful women, with matching beautiful voices, whose features are noted to be slightly avian. They bird feet, and grow feather on all hair but their heads, and have piercing stares. They can shape shift into birds at will, and are capable of controlling men with their singing.
Others
Karmagans
The majority of Autumnavians are Karmagans. They are human, all of them Asian in appearance (no Caucasians, blacks, or Spaniards, except for Evokers, Sirens, and Witches) with black-to mid-dark--brown hair. The difference is their eyes can be any color in the color spectrum. They are shorter than most humans, too.
The key difference is that not all of them have spirits. In fact, only a million do at any given time, even though a couple billion Karmagans exist. Spiritless Karmagans go through life a little less intelligent, and without quite as much personality. You can feel the difference if you're paying attention, between spiritless Karmagans and ones will souls.
When Karmagans receive a spirit, they get an increased awareness, and the two personalities combine. The awareness ranges from being totally in tune with the memories of past lives so as to avoid mistakes made by the previous spirit owner, to a simple enlightening. People with spirits are more successful, as they have more experience in life, even if the vessel they inhabit doesn't.
Most Karmagans have little to no magic. 98% of Karmagans cannot use magic in any form, and mostly don't even know it exists. The other 1.5% are weak magic users, and .5% of all Karmagans are strong magic users. They have modern language, clothing, and fashion, but not much technology.
Witches
The Magic users of the world, Witches are a separate breed from Karmagans. They are usually Caucasian, but can be Asian or black. They all have magic ability, and are embodiments of Jeremiah's wishes, so they're very stereotypical, with cats, pumpkins, broom sticks and witch hats. They are generally neutral in the affairs of Yin and Yang, acting as neutral agents, but usually helping Yin, as their rival race is Sorcerers.
Autumnavia
A beautiful world with Asian architecture, where it's always the Autumn season. Lots of hardwood tree forests. No snow, although it is a generally cold planet.
