Name: Marakov Aleksandr, now known as Legion.
Age: Marakov was thirty six, Legion cannot be aged, as he is a inconceivable amount of souls forced into a single host.
Race: Formerly human, now he is Legion.
Alliance: Emily and the USSR, follows Abel's orders if Abel orders him.
Biography: Marakov was once a Imperial Guard that was quickly rising throughout the USSR ranks, he was apart of Emily's personal guard force.. Sadly when Abel appeared one day and Marakov was ordered to apprehend him he was met with Abel's abomination of an arm, killing him before you could blink.

However Abel, thinking that gifting Emily with a powerful ally that he could also secretly control was a good idea. Forcing souls into Marakov's dead body he created Legion, a powerful entity. Marakov was one of those souls, leading to increased loyalty to the USSR and Emily.
Weapons: Common USSR weapons.
Equipment: Common USSR equipment.
Magic Level: Four
Force Level: Three
Appearance:

Legion's eyes have been replaced with a blue fiery mass of souls, and his veins are black and expanded, creating a spiderweb effect over his entire body.

Approved?! Good lord men! This is cheap! Not Hawk cheap, I can stand that, but how in Russia's name do you have 'an inconcievible amount of souls' stuck inside you, and then he doesn't even have a real paragraph for the whole thing! Not only this; he is 36 and human, and he is level 4 magic?

Legion is not a born mage, he is a created one. His body was taken over by Abel, with a massive number of the souls that Abel had absorbed pumped into him. Simply through the sheer volume of souls implanted into the human's body, the likelyhood that there was enough Sage souls amongst that group to allow him to use level 4 magic is plenty high enough to be considered acceptable.

That considered where did this guy get them and if that no that, look at the bloody profile! It is a paragraph in size for it all, with little to no detail on anything.

And inside the profile, it is rather clearly mentioned that the host was killed before the souls were ever forced into the body. Any history or personality, etc. that the host had before the souls were forced into his body would no longer be relevant anyway, because he was already dead.

Basically, Abel took the dead body of a guard and shoved a massive shitload of souls in it, creating a being strong enough to have to be requested.
