Diplomacy and Trickery

The time had come to put their creation to the test as it were. And so Taji awoke, he was brought into a ship and put in a naval uniform that had been salvaged off of a corpse. An old naval uniform, but still one that would do the trick, as another species had been spotted in the galaxy. His job would be to ally with said species and bring them into the fold of a new coalition. A coalition that would make Interpol and the others cease being problems. So he flew the ship towards the Marid Colony A, not knowing what life forms to expect on such a planet.

Greetings. Who is the inhabitants or owner of this planet?

In the absence of mission commander Caliph, in a twist of irony Salahiem was left temporarily in charge of Colony A. there reason being in that construction of the Internal Affairs Offices had started only days before the launch of the still MIA Djinn One. Salahiem spent his time in a vaguely humanoid form busily making sure all colony systems were in order, and that the construction of the Offices went well.


He left the political shenanigans to Caliph military advises because the Colony was mostly young military minded Marid. Only Salahiem and his staff were of a diplomatic and peaceful mind set. However, in the whole of the Marid history not a single alien species had happened upon them. You see the Marid were used to being hidden in plain sight acting as one of their own.

Even with the inherent curiosity and thirst for knowledge there was a certain xenophobia known to all Marid. This sentiment flared best when their the possibility of being identified as what they really were, so even Salahiem was on edge when this strange ship appeared and sent a message to them. After careful consideration Salahiem ordered the preparation of a diplomatic meeting room with human decorations and ordered the whole Colony to take on human forms. Salahiem taking on the form of a rather attractive female, with a professional attire. With these prepartions complete, he sent the outsiders a replay.

"Well you see, we are making a list of the current empires in the galaxy, and the ones affiliated with Either Interpol or the Anrufe, two of the major groups in the galaxy. The Anrufe is a known terrorist organization and I have been sent to ensure they don?t use their cunning to take over any more worlds than they already have, and eventually I will have to retake the worlds they have taken from  the Narrikians which is the empire I serve. "

This reply was sent back by Taji who leaned back in his chair and relaxed. After all, he did not need to involve himself directly yet. Ordering a couple of Magi-Androids to prepare themselves and disguise themselves in naval outfits and grab a couple of blasters, Taji waited for the response that would be sent.

Salahiem heard all he needed to hear. Regardless of the reasoning, he had no interest in anything with military agenda written all over it. So Salahiem called off the meeting preparations. With careful consideration, he sent his next message.

Naraikian Vessel. This 'Classified' planet serves neither of Interpol or The Anrufe. In the interest in saving of our time, I ask you to leave immediately. Regardless of your reasons, I have no interest in anything that sounds like military ambitions. Please leave Immediately.

The Narrikian vessel left the area, as it had accomplished the mission.
