Welcome To My Army

James Star would find himself brought to a part of the Galactic Times Space Station that not many people ever saw... Sector Tau. This part of the station was very dark... James was inside an office of some sorts. The little girl who had brought him here was nowhere to be seen. Instead, sitting in a desk was a man who was dressed up not like your standard military leader, more like someone rogue... A mercenary, a marine of sorts. He was eyeing James Star with curious eyes.

"I don't why you were chosen, but you were. Welcome to Operation: Storm, Cadet."

[Zero]

"What is operation Storm?"

James needed to know what the operation was. Before he went and agreed to something that could potentially destroy the planes, he needed information on what was going on. To reform the Star Clan eventually, he would need to do a lot of work. And now that he was back, well he did not intend on dying again.

"Also what has happened in the time that I have been indisposed? I have no knowledge of the current events so if you would please inform me. It would make this Operation Storm easier if I knew what was going on."

"Operation Storm," the marine replied, "Is the single most ambiguous operation you have ever or will ever participate in... I can't give you all the details. All you need to know is that you will be fighting for the good of the dimension... For unity. You will be a rock in the middle of a raging hurricane... You see, Cadet, you have been chosen, not by me, but by someone... Someone else... To eventually become the leader of entire planets. But before you can take that role, you must help us fight for it..."

He stood up and made some sort of hand gesture, at which point holograms appeared on his desk, recapping him on recent events in the galaxy -- about Plex, mostly. The hologram was actually revealing news footage taken by Galactic, Inc. of recent events. It would be more than enough to recap recent history for the Star. When the hologram was over, the marine waved his hand and it vanished.

"If you choose to accept, you will be sent out with your new brothers in arms right away for a very important mission before your training begins."

So it was for the good of the plane, and would also help him conquer planets. Excellent, an idea began to hatch in the mind of James Star. After several moments of weighing his options, James came to a decision over the entire situation. It took much deciding, but finally he said.

"Very well. I accept. But I will have to get some weapons since mine seem to have been destroyed."

"Of course," the marine replied, "You will fine that we have... Many weapons."

The marine stood and led James out of the office into a large room -- an auditorium of sorts. Soldiers dressed in training gear were spread out all across the gym, doing all kinds of exercises. The marine led James around the length of the auditorium to two large double doors which led into an armory storeroom... There were entire shelves filled with mostly stolen weapons.

"Gear up," he ordered.

(Shit, imma go request some tech)

James looked over each weapon and even picked one of them up. The armor would do, but it would not be one he would like using. So he began to strap on the armor and finally after cursing that the blasters weren?t like the normal ones he was used to materialized a set of Star Clan sabers in his hands and holsters for those at his waist. The blaster is also strapped at his waist, the light version that Galactic Inc has come out with. "So, what is next?"

"Actually," the marine replied, "For this mission, you won't be using technology..."

He instead showed James over to another shelf lines with robes, magical swords, staffs, and spellbooks. They were gear designed for battle in a place... where technology would not be very handy. A place... Such as the Sage Dimension. The marine smiled as he felt the hard wood of one of the staffs. He could feel it, waiting to have magic channeled throughout it. He looked at James with eyes of jealousy -- he wanted to be going out on the mission James was going on, but instead, he was doing office work.

"Your mission will be in the Sage Dimension," he replied.

Each would be examined and identified. Some James had known, and those he quickly used one of his abilities on, to download the information from them into his skull. To continue, James walked over and examined each of the staffs after returning the equipment he had chosen of tech. Finally he settled upon a sword that had a blade with a sun on the hilt of it, well an engraving of a sun. The weapon radiated the pure power and fire of twelve suns. It would be a perfect weapon for James, and so he selected that one for himself.

"Hmm. I?ll take that?" James walked over to a staff that had been wielded by Jeffrey at one point and also collected it. "And this."

"Very well... And now, it's time for you to meet your brothers in arms... Good luck, cadet," the marine bid James farewell for now as a portal appeared behind James and sucked him in, off to his mission... Off to the Sage Dimension.
