Genetic Sequencer
By programming in features of the being that you wish to create this DNA is able to create genetic experiments but is able to make ones that are more stable than the previous ones and can be used for a variety of things as well. Some that are made using the genetic sequencer will be fully capable of sentient thought while others will not.  The Genetic Sequencer is a new invention that uses state of the art science and technology to create new breeds of genetic experiments that are more suited than the previous ones to manual labor and other similar tasks.  Each genetic sequencer also has slots inside of it that DNA can be inserted into to be merged together into the being that the user wishes to create. The sequencer however also creates a fail-safe that can shut down the creations of the machine should they prove to be too much to control. The Genetic Sequencer is a device he has recently bought so that he can create his own Lorcar among other races that he wishes to have some of.

What this is happens to NOT be cloning. Think of it as using gene splicing to enhance certain traits. This is Genetic Experimentation technology, but more specialized so that it can create beings similar to Lorcar or other races. It does not use pre-existing Lorcar as a template. It uses some of their DNA if it can be acquired as a baseline, but edits out things like their link to Delton or their lack of control for another.

As long as he has the same limits as Nik. DNA = body only. Bloodline, inheritance, and things of the spirit are off limits.

Yes, same limits. This is mainly so I don't have to risk life of a char actually going to the home-world of the Lorcar.
