Scattered across a table was a number of texts, artifacts, and ancient weapons of magic. In additions, some of the samples of the materials he gathered from Helios. The one winged phoenix in human form was deep in his studies, he had lead him to many great treasures. He did not understand with full clarity what he was studying. Besides that there was a war, between two peoples. What they were called he could not find out in the old dusty tomes, however he knew there had to be some truth to what was said in them.
The crystal seed that sat next to an old folio, was proof enough. The folio talked of weaponized creation, and a weapon used in a war that cost both side their civilization. He had found it, that was enough for him to look over a number of tomes he had collected, read and stored away as fantasy. Sliph was on the trail of histories weapons. He couldn't wait to experiment with the new weapon he had found out about... and hopefully it would lead to some clues about the actual war in which these were created.
