 Personality:

Celso is a very cunning individual and smart. Sometimes smarter than you would like him to be. He knows how to read people, how to anticipate their emotions and plan his words around what they are feeling. This makes him an expert manipulator, able to get the job done and also makes him a better emperor than Lucien had been. Further, he cares about his people and when they die it hurts his heart to watch them suffer. So he has a profound hatred for both the DAIS and the Anrufe as they have caused suffering to the Narrikians in the past. Celso is also a very patient and tolerant individual although he does not often show it. Most of the time though he acts like a leader, tough but fair to his people.

Celso is somewhat aggressive on the battle field, preferring to hit his opponents before they can hit him back. This leads to him often preferring on the battle field more of bladed weapons and styles, but not your casual every day bladed weapons. Celso is also intellectual and can invent new technologies. Also his planning sometimes allows him to come up with unusual ways to win battles, such as sending the equivalent of a Trojan Horse to your enemy. But now he has become colder and more analytical. In addition, he has one massive grudge against the Anrufe.

Biography:



When the EG first came under scrutiny, Celso quietly got a dishonorable discharge from the military. This was so that he would be free to follow the oaths he had taken when he joined, without being bound to a position where he could not carry them out. When Silen was targeted, and Lucien obtained the scroll Celso was one of the first to go to the home dimension, and immediately start assisting. The people would need to be calmed down. It was his help that proved invaluable in keeping the people under control. Celso was quick to recommend that the Five Families be reinstated and so Lucien did reinstate them and give Celso a job, as general of the armies the Narrikians had. The armies would be invaluable in keeping the peace. Eventually when the crisis had passed, Lucien would step down and remove himself from being emperor of the Narrikians, claiming it was not his job anymore and he would recommend Celso.

A tournament would be held, just like the one where Empty was appointed. But this time around the tournament would be worse. Dozens competed, and only three survived and made it to the finals where they would have to fight each other to the death. Celso used the skills he had to beat all the other competitors and win the tournament. So the Five Families approached him and pooled their energies as they had done once in the past. But since it would be the start of a new legacy, a new Narrikian Empire his garments would be different from those of the past. The Five Families would decide upon a new outfit that the emperor would wear, and since Celso was the newest and most recent he would get it. His clothes would be transformed into a variant of a martial artist Gi.

What Celso did not let the Five Families know is that he had an assistant. A genetic experiment that Marco Stone, at his orders had produced. Time progressed, and Celso went through the training that most emperors would have already went through. First, he started out learning how to use a bow, a pole arm and various other weapons that were not so dependent on technology and could survive being hit with an Emp from sunrise to sunset. Other lessons would soon follow, including but not limited to Lord Montreal teaching him several dozen of the new techniques he developed as a continuation and improvement on the popular ones he had brought in.  One of his tests would be to craft an item that he alone would fight with, and so he made a short sword based off of an oriental weapon from earth.

Finally Celso was ready, and so now he has returned with Narrikian Followers numbering about 500,000 to the Mortal Dimension. This time however he plans to survive, and thrive here. So with new scientists and people working for him, Celso does not plan to repeat the mistakes of the emperors before him. Also, he has decided that they will  follow a new direction as opposed to the emperors before him and that is to eliminate without mercy their enemies. Since it has become obvious to Celso the one blunder the Narrikians made was showing compassion on the battle field, Celso has made laws and tried to remove the mercy on the battle field. Since the fall of Setus Prime, Celso has lived in a base on the K City.

While there, he studied and learned of things. At his orders ships would be deployed and a Pseudo Planet was constructed. Named Providence, Celso would weave a web of sorts around the core....allowing him to control it. Around the new core a planet would be constructed, and so after dubbing the planet the official home-world of the Neo Narrikian Empire, plans were made to deal with the Anrufe. Providence may not be the best planet, but it is all they have besides the Academy currently.
