At various factories across Providence soldiers were marching in and turning in their old equipment and receiving the new implements that had been made. A war was on the horizon and part of their orders had been to become ready for the war as it would transpire. So, the soldiers would pick up whatever weapons suited them and outfit themselves with a brawler or other outfit that had been recently completed and designed and report to the assignment facility. There, they would be given assignments depending on their skill level. Celso in his office would watch things unfold and prepare himself as stormy days would soon be ahead. The Anrufe could not be allied with, at least not by him anyway and that was where he had a scheme, one that might work. While he himself could not join?.he could trick some unsuspecting Narrikian or genetic experiment into joining them. Yeah, that should work assuming the DAIS could not read his mind.
While the military awareness level of the planet was raised...so too would be new plans. The NNE would not fall to the Anrufe.
