Yes, I know Blackcat just suggested one but I was thinking of this too.
In whatever update we do we MUST eliminate OOC limits on IC information. Namely five ships a USER instead of five ships an EMPIRE/GROUP per week. The five planets a user should stay though, cause we don't need to overrun the board with planets. We also need to address things like how tech threads are never accepted because they are continuous.
