So whats going to happen to all his things? I'm not taking a claim on them but I think if we aren't going to use them we should all get together for an rp of them going dormant. Like the funeral of Gaserlake or some kind of event. This is your choice Hikaru since, while he was still in a normal state of mind liked you the most. I say we give you the power to choose how this goes down.

This seems to be the most fitting thing we could do, at the very least. I agree 100% of the way.

He had wanted his characters to get taken by Smith and I guess his race to just fade out. He never specified his tech unless it was needed. I say unless it's universal just fade it out of play but unuseable... I really don't want to think about it.

Why not write a suitable exit for his stuff. Obviously Hikaru knows his character best, why not write their exit from SP history to honour the memory of a lost friend?

Because that lost friend asked for them to go with Smith. We write an exit we go with how we want it to happen not how he wanted it to happen. Gaser liked to be secretive and mysterious, remember? He wanted them to just mysteriously not come back.

No, I dont remember. I wasn't supremely active nor did I oft encounter or speak with Gaser. Like I said, you know him best... or knew him best. I guess it should be up to you to decide what happens.

I just think we should do something special for our old friend. At least have some kind of goodbye topic. I mean Gaserlake did alot for this forum.
