Come on; you know you guys need me in the request departments. I'm also on of the most active members on the site, and that is because all I do everyday is sit in front of my PC. I've had staff positions in the past and I don't think I lost them due to ineptitude or power abuse. I just left. :/

Not looking for admin or access to the Cpanel or shit. Because I'm honestly stupid with that shit and it's annoying. But I'm one of the longest running members; I joined at the very start of GE, and I'm one of the only people really smart enough to understand all the technological aspects of the requests.

Disagree. I understand of a lot of the tech aspects. Though I do agree with most of this I don't think what we need is more staff. The problem with the staff is they are busy doing there staff duties. What I think we need is a group of 4 members who knows what is approval worthy and what needs works to sit there and have the task of approving them or asking for them to be explained. I bet you could be a great edition to the staff but that isn't what we need. We have enough staff, and we will for sure if Nisorin becomes Admin. Rest assure though you may have the chance to prove yourself cause Nisorin wants to do a staff reform.

And who says we're having a staff reform. Even if Nisorin did become AN admin (BK) not ADMIN, that doesn't mean he'd be head admin.

Well yeah. But I know that he wants to have a staff reform. I don't disagree with that. We don't know to what extent though. Perhaps he wants to add members. Or take away and replace. We don't know what exactly he means by reform.

He has confirmed that is not what he meant. As I said I didn't exactly know what he meant by reform. What he wants to reform is what the staff is doing. So sorry that I mistaken his words for something else.

Anyway, all I'm saying is that the Staff has shown to be playing favorites and that does need to stop, regardless of reasoning. Approvals are taking far too long, and IC posts have dwindled to nearly zip. Something NEEDS to be done before people start leaving. After all, best to act proactively than reactively.

I'd have to check on that. But I know on most forums it makes you less likely to get it as it's seen as begging and bothering. Not sure on SP...

But you're just piling more and mor stuff into inactive staff members laps. It'll be a heated debate about whether or not to let you in, honestly I'd say no. You and Hikaru are too volatile together and you've proven that multiple times. Hell, the magisters proved that once again. If nisorin is put into power then it'll go a long way into getting something useful done.

I'm not looking for power. I'm looking for approval rights, and this is due to the fact that topics have been going entire MONTHS without staff posting or responding to them.

And rest assured, your appointment will be a subject of debate, further taking staff attention away from what you hope to achieve. Nisorin wll, I think, be an easier choice and still quite as good.

Inactive staff shouldn't be staff. If it gets to the point where the members are pissed off and we go days without seeing an actual IC post something is wrong and needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY. Even if me and Hikaru butt heads that's honestly a good thing; she gets away with way to fucking much.

Pffft, the best way I'd be a mod would work in requests. But I'm not asking for a position. I just browse and post what I disagree too. Mod or no, I'm still gonna do it. Race requesters bewaaaaaaaaaaaaaare(And I browse tech sometimes so beware there toooooo)

...To be honest, I've no issue with Orph being a mod. He's proven to actually be good at what he does.
