Okay, I know I posted riots on Tefillin and I will soon post riots on the other planets but let me point this out. The Zarethians are an incredibly loyal people both culturally and by their very nature. Most of the Zarethians who are alive now are descended from the Ancient Zarethian Fleet or served in it in some way. Patriotism is rampant and the sheer determination and will to carry on the Empire are impressive. In the black depths of space, they had no allies except each other. They could only survive with each other. The discipline required of a Zarethian youth is almost akin to a Spartan. The greater good of the fleet, and the Empire are very important. The riots were started by a sudden lack in their lifeblood: Magic. That was a shock and chaos ensued. However, crossing the line between a chaotic riot controlled by group mentality to a controlled and organised rebellion full of malicious intent against the unity of the Empire is like comparing a pet rock to a boulder.
There are always exceptions, of course. There are Zarethian terrorist cells, although they're very slim usually destroyed after their first attack. There will be individuals who will flaunt with open rebellion, fully aware of what they're doing but in the Zarethian Psyche, these people are sociopaths and to be avoided.
Please take this into account. I know, I'm the only one who fully understands the Zarethians because I created them but I'm trying to show what I know of them.
