Hawk, no matter how fast or powerful they are, they're five hundred people. They wouldn't be able to do that in the normal world, let alone a nuclear wasteland.

I think most of the weapons would have been destroyed by nukes.

1. Armed bands of survivors, wasters, and raiders. I dont care what Gaser says, we're humanity. We'd find ways to survive out of those shelters, it'd just be a bit harder.
