Zere was dying. Like, really dying. Sure, he was already dead, in the Spirit Realm, but now, here, he found his image... Flickering. As if his spirit were being destroyed. As if he were ceasing to exist. Why? It had been the Chains of Prometheus spell he'd used during the Second Sage War. He'd known it would come back to haunt him, and now, it was time for him to experience death...

But he wasn't going to go down without a fight. As he was brought into the Judging Room, the judges couldn't even get a word in before he summoned all the energy he had left to send out five different bursts of his energy outwards, away... And then, he died... Permanently.

Zere was dead.

Niiv looked over to see that a light had gone out. He laughed hysterically. He did that. He then teleported to the Judging room, dressed in a holographic coroner's outfit. "Don't mind me, I'm just here to examine the body!" He said before disappearing with it in a puff of smoke.

OOC: Three Day rule

Having succeeded in stealing the body of Zere, the devious little being absorbed it's residual magic, and with that magic he was able to augment his portals. As the beings left the spirit realm through the portals the marks of Hell on them would be covered up. Painted over. to see the brands on the spirit of the damned, a reaper would be forced to chip away said paint, and carefully too. A mistake brought on by haste may remove the mark altogether, making it as if the being never received one at all.
