The head members of Luna City, and Earth by proxy,'s government received a very nice invitation asking them to come to Pleasure Planet to enjoy VIP luxuries and attend the festivities on Club Starlight.

(... As long as I don't need to be active posting. I'm currently in the next few days getting internet but until then I only have an hour at least access on Mondays and Wednesdays.)
