Those who had died here would find themselves strangely revived.

The zombie apocalypse had began. Overnight, the dead turned corrupted. As their bodies and spirits became suddenly incompatible, the revived would be helpless as their bodies went crazy. Infecting. Killing. Biting. Eating flesh. Everyone who died, regardless of rather they'd been bit, would find themselves suddenly transformed into zombies due to the Spirit Realm failure. Needless to say, things were taking a turn for the worst.

OOC:*Face=desk* Why do I always procrastinate posting in places without a real battle? When I want to post something in these places no less???

At the initial return of the dead, there indeed was much rejoicing...For the Vampires, anyways. The deadified humans used as food? Nnnnot so much. Most were basically, for all intents and purposes, alive again so after a few brief riots they were once more put under a Domination spell used to keep the chattle in line. Remus himself was personally interested in this return of those long dead, however...Very interested. As we should all know, Remus was a Necromancer long before he became a Vampire, and he still practiced his dark arts. And what he found while studying many of the Vampires was very, very intriguing. It was no curse or Magic that bound the spirit to the body once more...In fact, apart from the resurrected Duultok(who's own magically altered Souls bound them to their bodies quite well), the strands keeping them in their bodies were quite tenuous and very weak. So, of course, Remus gathered many other Necromancers and had the Spirits more strongly bound to their bodies with Necromantic rites and powers. Well, for as many Vampires as they could anyways. Hadn't thought that they were strapped for time after all, so really it was lucky they managed to help as many as they could before the resurrected became the Undead. Normally, this would be cause for alarm. A zombie apocalypse after all, the dead rising to eat the flesh of the living. Most having been the human blood chattle(where it spread easily amongst them as they were kept together).
But...But, this was Night Haven. Half the population were already the dead risen to drink the blood of the living, and the other half just hadn't decided to go through the 'die' part. With a good fair amount of plain old Possessed Mortals, but with Magic restored they were currently a minority in the Coalition territory. With Vampires, many kinds at least, Necromancy comes quite naturally. And with quite a few Necromancers already rounded up, lead by big man Remus himself, after the few hours it took everyone to figure out what happened all of the zombies let loose upon Blood Haven were either slain or Controlled. And the Zombies...Taken Undead? Used as test subjects of course, well primarily. They needed to learn more about this condition after all...And why it was happening.
