Empire Description: Born out of the ashes of the Old K Empire, but not to be confused with the New K Empire. To explain... The Old K Empire's capital was Japae, and it's people the Japaen Sages. It was ruled mainly by Kaleb Tyris I and the K Council. The Xanacorian Empire was born in Japae, out of the ashes of the Old K Empire, under rule of former general Xanacore. It went through a series of leaders and was an empire shrouded in secrecy as the famous Japaen Exile began, the people of Japae as well as planets like Gyroku being cut off from the rest of the world. Many of the Japaen people were scattered, forced to live their lives away from the K Empire, some stranded in the "Bandit Galaxies", galaxies which were largely devastated in the Nyx War (a war between the Nyx Federation and the Anrufe). One such group, the New Xanacorian Empire, was led by Mokai, who had been second-in-command in the Xanacorian Empire...
Ten years after the start of the Nyx War, the New Xanacorian Empire returned to Japae and reunited with the people who had lived under harsh Xanacorian rule. This occurred after an organization known as the Archive helped the people of Japae regain their freedom, in a way. Ju Vasuta, a former member of the K Council and a chain (high-ranking military official), was selected to lead this once-more-united Japaen people, the Imperial Union of the Kingdoms of Japan, otherwise known as simply "Japae". As a result of a series of bad mistakes including associating with the Narrikians and Order Tyris, this kingdom eventually fell and the Archive retook Japae.
Japae itself was eventually destroyed by Kurai, and most of its people either killed or transformed into negi, now living their lives as spectres in the Anrufe.
As for Kaleb James Tyris I, otherwise known as K2323... He has created the New K Empire, which shares many similar aspects to the old K Empire but has little of the original K Empire people within it, and is largely a separate empire with its own quickly developing culture. Remnants of the old Japaen people still survive, a few in the New K Empire, many on the old Xanacorian colonies which the Zarethians liberated, some in the bandit galaxies. Ju Vasuta has arisen once more, and is attempting to unify the remnants of the old K Empire, to once more liberate the enslaved people of Japae, and if possible, to find a way to convert the spectres that once were brethren back into their sage form.
The people of Japae have returned. Their culture is rich. Their will is strong. While they have been separated by fate and put through trial after trial, they still insist to survive. And now, they will show the dimension just what they are made of. They are a proud people. To many, they are hated, a symbol of arrogance and old magic, a mere relic of a time when the Sage Three ruled and technology was forbidden. To some, they are stuck in their old ways, unwilling to assimilate into other cultures. But to the Japaens, they are part of something bigger. Now is their time to rise once more.
