Name: Dusk S. Korr
Age: 1,000 years old to be exact.
Race: Magic Incarnation-Negion 
Alliance: His allegiance is to himself and to those who prove themselves worthy of his aid.
Biography: Dusk was a normal child until magic struck him transforming him into the incarnation of Negion on the mortal plane. His powers changed to those of Negion and he learned how truly powerful he was by the time he became a teenager. His hair once black turned light blonde with age and his eyes once green became blue instead showing that he was no longer what he once was. Learning to control his abilities he mastered all of the Negion Powers and seeks to make that magic exist once more.  His training in martial arts along with sword fighting and his natural skill with a bow or a staff has allowed him to become quite the fearsome fighter.  He has become more dark than light however and more evil tan compassionate since his dark Negion is out of control at the current moment.

Yo, he ain't technically an incarnation. While not all Incarnations are alike, or even share the same physical properties, the one thing in common about them is that they are literally a mass of whatever they are the incarnation of, that has, some way or another, gained sentience, a form, and possibly life(a incarnation doesn't have to technically be alive, in a matter of speaking).
Whatever he would be, he wouldn't really be an incarnation considering the Negion needed a catalyst, and mind that even if he were a Incarnation, he wouldn't be close as powerful as a embodiment.

Also, I find it interesting that he would have something containing the embodiment of fire...How would it get in there in the first place, and whats to make it actually obey whatever orders are given to it?

As Hiro said, he's not an incarnation.

An Incarnation can be one of two things, An embodiment, which means they're an incarnation of a force, and govern over that force as well.

Then there's the Magic Incarnation, not a force (Good, Evil, Life, Death, etc.) But of magic its self , and made up of what they're  incarnated from. BUT, don't govern it.

AND, also what Hiro said. You can't have the Embodiment of fire trapped. Things have free will. And unless you request and get the character approved, you can't control it. What if someone else were to request it, say Orph or Hiro? You would control their character? I don't think so.
