Hikaru deleted herself a day ago.

They are her characters and thus she has the right to give them to whoever she pleases without the approval of the staff. Since she has given them to me they are mine. End of Discussion.

Kivith, you cant speak for all of the Admins and Mods. Besides, she may only wish for him to hold them so they aren't stolen by someone like you.
All the same, it would still be best if Hikaru were to post and confirm this, as we only have hearsay on the matter.
Edit:Well, that complicates things. Hrm...I still think that she should confirm it, buuuut if in the case that she cannot, perhaps nobody should be allowed to claim them.

Wrong. Syra, Gen, Rev, Echo, and Inari are not involved in the plot. Only Hikaru and Hikari are involved in the plot. Therefore they should be mine.

First off...Why'd she delete herself? I re-read her Coven Tech thread, and apparently her Time-Tech-Thingy was approved on the 17th by both Gaser and Nisorin...So why did she quit?

Wait, I suggested that we get another source on the matter also saying she gave them to you first before they're yours. At least this way, nobody can say she didn't actually say that, and they would fairly be your characters.

I agree with Orpheus. I know, without a single doubt, that Hawkeye would only butcher Hikaru's characters horribly. She only ragequitted, that's all. She'll be back.

Hiro, her TPF was not approved, as I pulled my approval due to Orph's godmodding argument. She does not seem to understand why it is godmodding, and so she left out of frustration.

I do not believe Hawkeye should receive Gen, Rev, Inari, Echo, or Syra. I understand that these are Hikaru's characters, and she willingly gave them to Hawkeye, but I do not believe she would be at all pleased with the way they will be played. Hawkeye still does not grasp several of the basics of roleplaying, including but not limited to the separation of his own goals and the character's goals.

Since she has given the characters to me Either Hiro Dark or Nisorin may have them. Orph or K2 may not have them.

Orpheus and K2323 are the two best roleplayers here, Hawkeye. I'd rather they go to them than to me, and I'm sure Hikaru would agree.

Either you or Hiro. I don't wish for K2 or Orph to have any more powerful characters than they have and Hikaru said that the characters were not to go to those two. She wanted me to have them but I shall waive my right to have them if they go to either you or Hiro or Ray. However in order to make Hikaru happy here is what I propose.

1. Echo is mine.
2. Syra is Orph's
3. Inari is K2323's
4. Gen goes to Hiro.
5. Rev goes to Ray.

You only want Echo because of her Nihil abilities, huh? And not only that, but Hiro and Ray know nothing about Genesis and Revelation magic respectively. How could they hope to play characters who are physical representations of those magics when they know little to nothing about the magics themselves?

I'm not saying I don't think they could play the two characters if taught, I'm only saying that they don't know enough about Genesis or Revelation magic to be able to play the characters accurately, personality and combat both.

...Nisorin, please tell me you honestly dont think Hikaru would want Kivith or K2 to have any of her characters. Regardless of their abilities, she's shown extreme disdain towards Kivith in the past, and has vehemantly stated that she wouldn't allow Kivith her characters when he wanted to speed things along in Plex.
Seriously, dude, I imagine she'd rather dive headfirst into a crowd of zombies than allow Orph to even think of having one of her characters.

Also, if the approval's retracted, you miiiight wanna note that in the Coven Tech thread. Latest post of yours says you approve.

There is a difference between hate and acting like a child, hell K2 and Hikaru have been friends for the good part of a decade. For me we've been friends for around three years, while we have our differences and bicker a lot we still are friends.
