Dusk Korr, Protector in training.
« on: April 29, 2010, 05:20:05 PM »
Name:   Dusk  Korr
Age: 200 but appears to be in his 20s.
Race: StarClanner
Alliance: StarClan
Biography: The last of the survivors besides his sister Dusk Korr decided that going back to the ways of the starclan of old would only get him killed. Hiding until the Relorians left he met up with a man named Jake who taught him how to use mana based magic instead of the kind that a normal starclan person would utilize. As a result of that his magic was completely changed so that no Relorian could recognize his signature as StarClan magic. However things were not meant to be for him as his wife was slain by a marauding band of magic users and so he decided to go into the blood berserker state because of that. Sacrificing his sanity for a long while he killed all of them and would have killed Jake had not he cast a spell on Dusk to stop that sate from harming anyone besides those who caused harm to Dusk.  The training took longer than would normally be expected but Dusk learned how to use Mana and armed with his knew knowledge of abilities including Negion among other things he left to become the one who would free the Starclan from the Kuo status that Reloria had inflicted on them.
Weapons: He needs no weapons thanks to his Mana training although he prefers obviously to wield a few weapons of his own design namely a starclan warrior sword that he reforged into a hand and a half sword. He also wields a shield and a heavy war axe along with an enchanted war bow. Weapons of his own are not all that he is capable of wielding however as he carries a sage rifle he ‘borrowed’ from a dying Legacy Empire Soldier moments before the demise of said soldier.;
Equipment: Suit of Starclan Armor.  Dragon Caller Horn.  http://www.devicedaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/honda-v4-motorcycle-concept-01.jpg is the last piece of his equipment but it is silver and blue.
Magic Level: 5.5 (Due to knowing how to do Mana and having the power to do so)
Appearance: Most of the time he is like :

Explain more about it.
I know what Mana is off-site. And I know what the term is. But on here, we don't have Ether/Mana/other world being the source of magic, thing. Therefore it'd be a different type of magic...

So, I can't read your mind, explain it.

She means be detailed. Explain what it is, what kinds of things it can do, how it does them, how it works, what is required for a prospective mage to use it, etc.

Also... cliche name is cliche. I won't deny it because of that, but it's annoying.
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

Mana is basically a different process to using magic that consumes less of the magical energy because it is directed by the thoughts it can't be diverted by other spells as easily. It does them by the process of Alchemy that is by taking neutral magic into yourself and changing it to fit your desires and then releasing it outwards.

Ni, ya must admit, though, we are kinda runnin' out of potential magic-type names. XP

Zorcis, The changing.
A type of magic that was used by those like Merlin back in the ancient times. It is very powerful and knowledge of it was restricted due to people constantly abusing their power. It was magic that was governed solely by the mind and the intent of the wielder. Back then the magic was thought to be stronger than anything other than Genesis, Phoenix or Revelations by the users of it. The name of the magic got forgotten and it became known as Zorcis, The changing as you can take your thoughts and memories about a particular spell and use them to recreate the spell. However it can't copy Genesis or Revelation due to it not being as powerful as those two particular types of magic.

@Hiro: Not really, as you're always able to create your own words, as I have.

Correction, Hawkeye. Stronger than anything the users of it knew of. Hikaru, what do you think about it.

Change the name, we already have Alchemy.
Also, too powerful at the moment. Copying any spell from memory? No. That would allow you to copy magic types like Revelation and Genesis, without effort, and without the creators allowance.

Also, yeah...can't be more powerful than unknown types.

NOT Phoenix.
Phoenix is not magic, it's a race of the Sage species. The powers are innate, and from the DNA. You can only get it 1 of two ways. Have the DNA and soul. Or, take the soul of the original bird.
However, the bird is extinct. Or supposed to be.
So you can't copy it.

Actually I know that you didn't kill any Korrs in the old GE. Plus Nisorin and Hikaru both like this idea actually.

Whoa whoa. NEITHER of us ever said we 'liked' the fact that you kept one stupid Starclanner alive. And with your inability to rp politeness and actual repentance, I see this one dying very quickly. Put words in my mouth again and I'll have your characters' asses on a copper platter.

I have been nothing but annoyed at it. You need to learn to leave the dead buried. This is getting ridiculous.
