As Matry arrived a few days earlier a small number of Noverian volunteers were under-going a small experiment, the Archive has created a prototype psychic re-linker. A device supposedly capable of removing and replacing the Noverian's natural connection to Migaitt with something else. The process was rather simple, first the subjects were placed under an artificial coma, then the severing process began. After that was finished the reconnection process was established. The chosen object for reconnection? A black hole of average size. Around twelve miles in diameter.
After a few days of basic testing the real deal was set into motion, what the Noverian's could do with their new connection.. It was incredible to say the least, they were immune to the Black Hole in it's entirety. It's TD field, it's gravity well. The radiation posed a small problem but that was fixed with a powerful radiation suit. Some even walked on it's surface. Being careful to dodge the incoming space debris.
