Name: Reli (From "Reliquum" which means "Remainder")
Age: Newborn; Appearence-wise, 20ish.

Biography:Reli was born as a result of the powerful soul bomb attack used on Ground Island. One of KiaB's negative stones (See
http://shatteredplanes.com/index.php?topic=780.msg7070#new) absorbed much of the attack, though power from sages had already been placed inside the stone. This resulted in the birth of Reli. He is a Negi, a cross between Advanced Human and Sage. He was created with KiaB's DNA, but was not brought about with a body and freed from his stone until the stone was overloaded with power.
The stone he was brought about from is not the same stone as the one found on Frezi (sp?).
As a note (I've got nowhere else to put it), Reli specializes in absorbing of magic. Reli can absorb magic easily, study its effects, and duplicate it for a short time. He is especially good at learning new spells, and can do this quickly. He is great at soul extraction. He is especially good with magic spells using the same kind of magic as that which brought about the Soul Bomb, and can preform the Spell Bomb and similar techniques very well. This serves as the basis for the Soul Bomb having created a new kind of magic known as, "Dom Magic", with Reli being its wielder.
