Kill The Lights
« on: July 20, 2010, 08:08:50 PM »
"It's been so long since I've been awake. Will you awaken me, boy!? Show me the true power that you have inside you, and awaken your true self! I am nothing more than the true you... Your true power, as a sage of a special kind of magic you have yet to gain!"

"NO!" Chal yelled, suppressing the inner demon which existed inside him, "I won't let you gain control!"

"Very well... As it seems you have gained the power to put me to sleep, so be it, but know this... You have true power inside you. All of your enemies can be defeated, and all your friends can be healed. You must simply use that spell once more. And when you do, I will rise again."

As the four appeared inside Celestie's home, it was dark. They were in a living room of sorts, it seemed, decorated with a comfortable style. Celestie really was quite the interior designer, it seemed. It wasn't the kind of house you expected an emperor to have at all. Or an empress, in this case, as Chal really didn't know who Celestie's husband was, and wasn't EXACTLY sure if Celestie was a leader of her empire at all.

Chal managed to lift Hikaru and place her on a couch before looking back to Inari and Echo. "I... I think I know a way to help her wake up... But it's risky. It's a spell I learned a few years back, and it requires a LOT of magic. The first time I tried it, I had been saving up magic for a week... I think I can do it again, but I'll need Inari to lend me some of her magic in order for this to work."

The beacons are still in Hikaru. As soon as she left the Outerverse, the beacons activated, signaling the ASF. Two Elite Keepers came into the pocket dimension. Their energy signature easily dwarfed the four here. "We are only here for Hikaru Tyris. Don't aid her in any way. Keep away from her," a telepathic voice said in all but Hikaru's head. An IAM, AP, and an AT field surrounded the entire area.

"Aralangs, leave this place!"

The form of K2 floated above Celestie's house, having arrived a bit before the Aralangs arrived. He had sensed Hikaru's magic signature, while faint, existing. He also had felt the magic signature of Inari, Echo, and Chal, who he had met earlier. K2323 landed at the front door of the house and entered, approaching the four.

"You've got company. We should probably get out of here."

And with that, he used his nanites to tap into something deep inside him. NET. K Empire had given him the ability to use subspace for personal travel at will. It was not magic.. It was basically hyperspace, but not at the same time. A handy ability of K2323's, though as he tapped into NET, Celestie's floor was destroyed by the following burst of energy which ripped into subspace, forming a sort of gateway of energy into subspace to their destination, the Outerverse.

It would get them as far as the edge of the Outerverse, and then it'd stop. Meaning, they'd get to the Outerverse, but their landing would be a bit rough, as the NET horizon would spit them out roughly.

"Right," Chal answered K2323's rescue by running to Celestie's garden and grabbing the plants she had instructed the four to grab before running back to the group, picking Hikaru up, and gently placing her in the NET Horizon before following himself.

"Ah. K2323. The one who gets away with a lot of crimes," a voice said in K2's head. The two Elite Keepers sent out a couple dozen Elite Fighters, totaling in 48, at K2, shooting at him. The two Keepers shot their main cannons at them. Once they saw them trying to get Hikaru away, they quickly read Hikaru's minds, trying to find any information they could get out of her.

They kept shooting until K2, Hikaru, and the others are too far away in the Outerverse. Due to the nature of the plasma shots worked in the Outerverse. The Saraton Energy beams came to a full stop.

They read enough of Hikaru's minds to know about her dream and her ritual with Koty. This part made them stop. If they killed Hikaru, Koty would be enraged and kill every one of them, and they read enough to know who Koty is.

Walking into her home, which is made possible by her AAM pendant, she looks up to the skies to see Aralang invaders. At this, she immediately screams. "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING IN MY HOME?!" She shouts verbally and telepathically, her voice amplified by her own magic. As it's a pocket dimension created by Nisorin and herself, she knows most about it. "All of you. Get out, before I collapse this place around your ears. I will not allow this place to be invaded upon by those with such little sense as you!" She adds, glaring up at the Keepers as she reaches out to either side, fingers crooked like claws as the AAM field expands. Violet crystals appear in her hands, horn-shaped and glowing with power. "The keys to the dimension's integrity, Aralangs. Leave, or you all die uselessly, your lives wasted."
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

At this, K2323 quickly jumped into his NET field, leaving things up to Celestie. The NET Field closed behind him.

"Oh, so you're going to follow us everywhere? You're wasting your time," one Elite Keeper telepathically told Celestie, as the Elite Fighters docked into the Elite Keepers. They then left the pocket dimension.

As the fighters dock, she scowls and sends a burst of energy through the telepathic link as a warning. "You attack my home or my people, and I will show myself. You attack my friends or loved ones, I'll defend them. I don't care where you are. You all are treading a very, very fine line even just coming here uninvited, Aralang. Have you no manners? No sense of decorum?"

"Of course. Anyone would expect someone to get help from their companions, friends, and relatives. Still though, you rather talk about manners than the more important things? You rather question our manners and decorum, than our business? If we destroyed your race, you would be thinking about how rude we are. You've got to be joking. Ask the right questions. There's a good reason why we are here. We apologize for what happened here, but we don't come around messing with other people. That would be wasting our time. In fact, we're wasting our time right now, talking to you." They then left the pocket dimension.

She scoffs, shaking her head as she starts readying spells to prevent them from returning. "Wasting their time indeed. They're wasting everyone's time with this absurd search. They must be the most bullheaded Aralangs I've ever seen."
