Challenge Character : Sir Grisham Wolfheim
« on: January 16, 2010, 11:09:33 PM »
Name: Sir Grisham Wolfheim
Age: 250 but looks 25.
Race: Sage
Alliance: He is not allied.
Biography: At age 3, His parents were brutally slaughtered by a magic wielding version of the Gestapo. He swore revenge on that group and at Age 7 had completely wiped them out of existence with his powers. Fearing that they would one day reform he fled his world and cast a spell to cause everyone there to forget he existed. He then studied Arcane Texts and learned many spells he hadn’t known about before and by casting them on himself he was able to develop special abilities that don’t drain his magic but instead drain his energy. By this time he was 15. The Magical Gestapo had resisted the spell he used and came in force this time,  10,000  of them versus 1 man. In Anger his power flared up and he broke all of their minds at once with magic causing them to be comatose. Then at age 18, He decided it was time to sleep till he was 220 years old and so he entered a cave which had a magical property in it that blocked intrusions. He cast spells of Sustenance and of empowerment on himself and then went to sleep. Now he has woken up and is hunting every last person in the Magical Gestapo with his abilities.
Weapons:  He has over the course of his life wielded many varieties of weapons but he prefers to wield only two if he can get away with it. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41VK0QZTN8L._SL500_AA280_.jpg is the first weapon he wields and is a sword forged out of a white metal which he found lying on the ground on Haiti and took as his own weapon of choice needing one at that particular time.

His other weapon of preference
He wields a grey and gold version of a Sage Gun except his is more like a rifle.

There are 2 others weapons he will also wield
1. He has stolen a prototype of a Mood Sword which is charged with energy that has various effects and colors based off of the mood of the wielder. Anger = Fire, Light blue calm = air, Envy or Greed = Earth, All other emotions = Grey energy.  Grey energy has the effect of making the person experience their worst fears.
2. Blast Gloves - These gloves fire blasts of non magical energy. These are basically energy blasts. In addition it can fire the energy in the form of discs as well from the gloves.
Equipment: None
Magic Level: 5
Force Level:  0
Appearance: He looks like : http://mysticdreamz.deviantart.com/art/Mage-30291057 except the robes are red.

I will only be using this to defeat Nisorin and for no other purposes except to answer his challenge.

*sighs* Hawkeye, you fail. While I guess it's acceptable, it's a damn near complete ripoff of one of Hikaru's characters.
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

It isn't a Rip Off as I didn't make it anything similar to her characters to my knowledge at the time of the production of this character.

Sorry to double post but I have edited the character to be far better than he originally was and I am waiting for approval so I can defeat Nisorin and get this challenge over with.

You can't just say he has special abilities and then not say what they are. Detail the abilities.

Abilities
1. Due to the nature of the enchantments upon him that he himself wove he can access his power without drawing on much energy thus allowing him to continue using magic throughout the entire battle if needed.

2. He has the ability to disguise himself as any sentient living thing he has seen before and he hasn't seen many people but seen enough to know how to use that ability of his.

3. He can gather an orb of his magic in his hand and then fire it into the air. Once it collides with the air, acid will begin to rain down upon his opponets.

4 is denied as it breaks the restrictions upon the duel. 3 is approved, 2 is merely an illusionary spell called a glamor. And for #1, he'd have to concentrate on the enchantments in order to keep them going, which would detract from the amount of concentration he'd be able to put into other spells. Is that acceptable, Hawkeye?
