This magic was used by a Kingdom at war with both the Genesis and Phoenix Kingdoms and it was said that this magic could overpower both a Genesis Sage and a Phoenix Sage quite easily. Unfortunately all but 1 family were killed off when the Kingdom was destroyed and now the last user of it is Avidan.

The two magics would not have been mixed, and thus a middleground would not have been created, if they were both at war.

Not only that, but because you're using both K2323's Genesis and Hikaru's Revelations, you'd need specific permission from both of them.

There were rumours of mages who practiced a new form of magic and it was nicknamed Negion for no one but the mages knew of this particular form of magic. It was a closely guarded secret until the war between the Genesis and Phoenix Kingdoms hit their town and then the mages had to evacuate. They took their secret Negion with them and hid it all save the amount required to make it pass onto one youth in the future and then they wove spells to prevent any besides the one supposed to wield it in the future from wielding it unless he opts to train the persons he wants to wield it. This magic on itâ€™s own is the equal of both Genesis and Phoenix Magic in terms of offensive and defensive capabilities. However those who use it sometimes go insane but not always. It allows for a more direct manipulation of energy than that achieved by Genesis or Phoenix Magic or any other magic type known by the mages of that time. Those who use this can be sensed by even those who lack magic such as the Aralangs or humans without the use of technology.

Abilities granted

Pure Sight This Ability makes Illusions fail.
Healing Light - This heals any severe wounds but passes over minor wounds.
Access : This allows you to intrude on the minds of those magically gifted and see their desires, fears, wants..etc.
Purification This technique sends a great golden orb of magic towards your opponet and if it collides and they have other magic besides Negion, this Orb envelops them and begins to change their magic to that of negion.

Phoenix magic isn't a magic. It's innate abilities.
Also, something I'm seeing in a lot of your magic requests.

How?
What type of spells? Did they seal it to only a certain DNA/race? Did they lock it away till only a person of a certain bloodline could see it or know it? Is it innate inside only this one person, by passing through again, a bloodline?
Give some detail here Hawkeye. Magic can't be explained, yes. But try to give some insight on how some of the spells work. Otherwise anyone can take advantage of that easily.

Yes. In addition to being innate in the bloodline however they have woven a sealing type of magic on the Negion Magic. It prevents any besides those who have been given permission by the original wielder Avidan from wielding the magic. A Ritual. It will copy the power he wields of Negion into the person. However if the person turns it on him, the person loses the power he has gained in addition to all of his magic. Once the power is given, there is a YinYang symbol on the person's hand.

Bloodline works. But how would this person give their permission? Just commanding it unless it's words of power or a spell doesn't make sense. Ritual, contract, seal, etc?

Edit:Take off the fact that it can't be taken. Bloodline and Ritual are fine. But anyone can have their powers stolen or used. Therefore to have yours not useable is godmodding.
