Two Keepers arrived above Maltruse to investigate what happened to the Zarethian frigate, ready for combat.

A massive psychic pulse emanated from the planet, the massive Bioships collaborating together to create it. Normally, it just sounds like a extremely loud, high pitched screech, and as its a massive psychic signiture created by psychic beings with city-sized brains, it does have the potential to literally cause the heads of others to explode, but the Aralangs, being psychic themselves would pick up on a message hidden within it:
"Leave our system now, or face our wrath."

One of the Keepers responded to the source of the message. "As we have understood, you have attacked the Zarethians, an act that is not acceptable. What's your reason for it?"

"We have attacked many planets in our time. You cannot expect us to recall every one perfectly. But our reason...Why does a predator attack its prey? Our reason was, we required the biomatter. What is 'unacceptable' to you is merely us hunting for food and resources to build our fleet with. If that was not it, then perhaps they had intruded where they were not welcome, and decided to ask a few too many questions..."
The message was carried along another psychic scream, but the offensive nature was stronger. It contained telepathic qualities to it, pushing the smaller 'Keeper' ships away(smaller compared to their totalnfleet, anyways). The Lorcar ships were, quite clearly, very agitated, and wanted these others gone. The earlier Archive had surprised them with a offer of peace, but by now the Lorcar wouldn't be receptful of such things. They wanted the other ships gone.

OOC:Augh. If it hadn't been obvious, the above post had meant to say the pulse had telekinetic qualities, not telepathic.

The shove worked, sending the Aralang ships straight out of the system.

(Bah, shit. Forgot about this topic.)

The Keepers simply JD'ed back and with their telepathic abilities, they blocked the telekinetic properties of the telepathic message. "It's the same thing as killing people and destroying their homes just so you can get stronger. Basically, your way of getting food is, indeed, unacceptable. Collecting people that are already dead would probably be more acceptable, but even then, people wouldn't like that. They view it as disrespecting the dead.

"Do not impose your morality upon others, lest your arrogance get the better of you. We are not the same. A predator does not negotiate with its prey. Leave...Or become food." They responded, clearly getting angrier by the second. They continued with both the Phychic scream and the telekinetic ability. Due to the sheer force, the Aralangs wouldn't be able to contend with it; there was the planet-sized Queen and several other continent and country sized Lorcar bioships using their power to force the Aralangs away. Its like the Aralangs are a bug trying to fly against a tornado, or a guppy trying to swim against a major undersea current. Just their telepathic abilities would be no use against the Lorcar's bioships, and if they got the normally docile Hive Drones(which act as conduits of the Lorcar Hive Mind, which generates the psychic energy in the first place) to aid them, well, then there'd be almost no chance of resisting. by now, from them being subjected to the Psychic screams this long, they'd start to be getting headaches, from the raw psychic power tearing at their minds, and the Lorcar only pushed up the power. A non-psychic being, at this stage, would have had their brains burst and ruptured. As well, they weren't just trying to push the Aralangs away at this point, but their ships were being crushed as well, as if something was compacting them from all sides.

At the fleet, several non-capital Lorcar Bioships were launched, Yellow Jackets, Bees, Bumblebees, all kinds, ready to protect their homeworld, as the fleet amassed battle positions. The bioorganic missiles would be ready for launch, and the Hornet's bone-cannons were prepped and ready. The Hive Generals were awakened, and began devising battle strategies, confering amonst each other. Sure, it seemed like overkill, but with the Lorcar, they take any precaution they can in a wartime.

"Even superiors negotiate with its inferiors. Your minds are full of destruction. That's how you become hated and get hunted down by most, if not all." The two Keepers left.
