South Wind: Approved, but neither steel or lead are light. It would be heavy unless it was used sparingly in the design. Hard plastic does nothing to stop EMPs. It is used sparingly in the design but these are made so that they can resist EMPS to some degree.
Durendel: Approved, but it will largely ineffective against ships of similar class.

AAM Medallion: Attached to a world? What does that mean? And how do they function similar to AAM blood stream bots? Attached to a world means that they are tied via magic to a world and as long as that world exists, produce an AAM field. That is how they are similar to the blood stream nanobots as they produce an AAM field.
Search-Eye:
Basically what the search eye does is form a target around the target that only the person with the search eye implant can see. This greatly increases accuracy.
Plasmoid Gloves: Denied. I don't trust you with the supercharging ability. You seriously don't trust me? I was mainly going to use it for the shorting out tech feature.

A bit of both. The energy inside is magical energy, but they explode due to being tech.
