Name: Iskandar Ilia
Age: He is about 300 years old. He does appear to be in his twenties though.
Race: Griffin
Alliance: As of the moment, Neutral. He could shift however.
Biography: A Griffin raised by a family of scientists as he had accidentally teleported too far away from his family, he learned about the art of magic on his own and in secret. Training himself in private he learned how to tap the arcane arts of magic so that he could perform them himself with no problem.
Something however felt missing from his life and so when his 'mother' died due to overconsumption of wine, his father took over his training and taught him how to make weapons grade technology for himself and how to do maintenance on said technology.
As the years went by he wandered more and more about who his true parents happened to be. So he decided to do a little digging and found an armor in the attic, with a note on it. However the note was in an unreadable dialect.
Over the next few years he sought out books, manuscripts and anything with the glyphs that were on the note and so he finally found out what the note had said, by year 200. His 'father' now dead he knew what he had to do. The note had said.
We leave you in the care of scientists so that you can become the best there ever was, one of both worlds and with a legacy all your own that you alone command. This armor that we leave for you is both magic and technology. The magic protects it from EMP and the tech protects it from AM. You will be the greatest sage since the sage three son if you study hard and apply yourself. Feeling slightly better after reading the note he really pushed himself and began to work extremely hard on projects of both tech and magic. It would take a while however for him to gain the emotional strength required for him to use photokinesis and Umbrakinesis. Already his mind was racing with ideas. So he left what he thought had been his home over the years with only his armor, some tools and some weapons that he took with him. Also he noticed a strange book in his possession when he left.
Weapons: He has a laser gun that he built for himself, the one shown in the picture. Also he has a set of two short swords that he can fight with. Further his armor is also a weapon.
Equipment: He has several items that he is known to keep on him in any given situation. One of which always happens to be a wrench and a screwdriver in case he needs to repair his stuff.

He has chalk which can be used to create one of these circles which amplifies his Photokinesis and Umbrakinesis beyond what a normal Griffin could do.
