New Dementia

Name- Lordship of New Dementia
Primary Race- N/A
Summary- Many years ago, it was once an ISAF territory, but after their departure, decided to stay in the SP. They are a very peaceful people, but will defend their planet. They have a strict isolationism policy, and rarely ever associate with other empires. They are ran by the Lord, and his wife (Refered to as Countess rather than Lady) as well as a council. As of today, they are currently led by the widow of Lord Mikami, Countess Tera Mikami. They have a rich, and diverse culture, and show many Belkan influences.

   They are mostly comprised of intellectuals, and are extremely advanced in technology, although they dont ever declare war, or act as agressors towards anyone. Despite their seemingly pacifist state, they have a large, and strong military presence on the planet.

Approved, as long as you are allowed a planet(not sure if you've used up your planet tokens or not, which you'd need for their planet...).
