The council elder who went the Magimenta walked into the council chambers. Everything was going quite normally for the day until he brought up the topic he had been thinking about: a plea bargain with Carl.

Several councilman were fuming, that is, until he showed them the data (containing data on where the BG was and a code to disable their equipment). They looked at it and were obviously appeased. They reluctantly agreed to lower the bounty.
However, an hour after the bounty had been let go of a Zarethian scout who had contacts with the Mecheran Military ran in and informed them that the BG were destroyed. Much rage and shouting ensued.
