Vince is a capable leader if he so needs to be. Like a leader should be, Piotr is calm under pressure and able to think outside the box when needed. This is due to is artistic nature. He is a kind gentle hearted man despite what his size may make you think. He has a very creative mind, and if given something simple to draw like a blade of grass could make people's jaw drop with what he would turn it into. He is always respectful to those he believes deserve his respect. However that does not stop Ares from making a joke once and a while and enjoying himself. He's not a wet blanket. He trust easily, and if he gives you his friendship its for life. He is a man who will put himself on the line to save people (even someone he hated or hated him). He's more than willing to go into the fire for anyone. However, it goes without saying that if you do harm to one of Ares's friends he wouldn't mind beating you to a point where you would wish you were dead, but he wouldn't actually kill (unless REALLY REALLY provoked). He is not one to jump into a fight right away. He has a level head and would like to use his head before getting into a physical conflict. If provoked enough though, Vince has no problem showing who is boss.
He will also some of the time go with the flow. Not easy to provoke however, he is one of the more calmer individuals that exist in this shattered plane.

Biography:
The IG knew they were not done yet, not done with their experiments by any means and so they went through the notes of Ezra. Finding a DNA sample belonging to Mr.Lustre, they took that and their project that had already been used once already to create Taji and went to work on the project all over again. Only see, this time around they had an actual goal in mind. As they would work on this project they wanted it to be more special than the other project.
 Reviewing old footage the IG found out something. Keith had no magic, his constructs out of chaos were not magic, his warps were not magic, nothing about him was. Intrigued by this, they studied the footage over and over again. Without his DNA one of the scientists would attempt to do a replication of said entity, because the IG knew that if they had someone like Keith on their side victories would be sure to follow. Only it did not work as planned.
The experiment quite literally blew up, but out of the debris they found out they had indeed been successful. It had given birth to an incarnation alright, just one of energy and not what they had in mind. This one was not chaos, could not shape chaos but was still a powerful one to be reckoned with. Of course, he would over the course of two weeks during his tests exceed their wildest hopes.
Two weeks passed, Ares was given the name Ares by Allen as a joke, but adopted it. As it would turn out, the name Ares fit him like a glove, even though it was a bit of a misnomer for him to be called Ares. Ares would over the course of the next 4 weeks learn more about himself. He learned how to channel out his non magical energy into weapons, vehicles and other things for himself. Even though he didn?t have a body that is like the others, he did learn to assume one.  Currently at present, he is still being taught but can manipulate luminous, magnetic and mechanical energies along with electrical.

However, with his natural abilities of manipulating energy, summoning energy and using non-magical energy he is what you would consider a 5.75 or high up in five.

I want more detail on how it became an incarnation. So far.. we know Keith was created by the embodiment of Chaos, who would have control over that energy completely. But before that Hiro said it was unknown as to why the Chaos gathered and created him. And Rev and Gen came from imprints in the magic left over... along with [classified] yet to be revealed.

But how does one purposefully make an incarnation of just any energy with no spirit/no astral and no embodimental powers over the energy you're using? Life normally can't be created by a mage, unless it's through spiritual or artificial means.
