Compound Meta
A project engineered by Victor Price for the people of the Narrikian-Mechera empire that are not under his regime to give them some protection against the terrorist cells of the galaxy, and also against the group known as Interpol. Project Titan is able to unlock a dormant meta-gene inside of Narrikians allowing them to use new abilities that while not magic are capable of some feats. The serum has not yet been approved by the FDA of the Narrikians, and is illegal. But this is Victor?s way of telling Interpol that they have less power than they think. What the drug does is alter cells on a molecular level allowing them to convert sunlight into power, IE superman level abilities. But in some the abilities are different such as geo-mancy or shadow-mancy or photokinesis or other similar abilities. The powers vary but the main thing is that this makes the Narrikians capable of meta-gene abilities along with their magic, but the abilities can be used inside of Am fields. One of the more advanced drugs, this is hard to produce except for Victor of course who has learned how to use it. Another thing about the serum is that it while not addictive does give the user the disadvantage of being easier to manipulate and control. Another disadvantage is that the serum fills the body with a solidified crystalline form of waste that when expelled is very volatile and explosive. Note, this is only a prototype and the serum is as of yet untested. Also the herbs to use it are rare and cannot be duplicated via technology, thus Victor has to find the herbs for each dose before making it.
Project Meta essentially grants super powers. And while Victor is dead, Lucien C. Dolos has learned how to produce this but closely guards the recipe that he has at his disposal, since he is the only one he believes can handle such power at the moment in time, plus he doesn't want it replicated and sold. The powers granted can be any number of things from metal control, shapeshifting, or many other abilities. But he does not know what all the serum or pill he will take out of this will do to him and what powers it will grant him.
Super powers that could be granted possibly
Laser vision, flight, telekinesis, super strength, transforming your body into different things IE crystal or metal, shape-shifting, the power to use the air as a weapon, Aeromancy or the power to turn all metal around you into a weapon, Pharoahkinesis, weapon creation, super speed, rapid body healing, and there are a lot of others powers that could be granted. Including morphing your arms into weapons, but it would hurt a lot to do that and you would have to change them back and use magic to change them back if you wanted. Sonic control is another power that could be granted, that of using sonic waves as a devastating weapon against your foes. Energy construct creation, absorbing energy from any source and shooting out energy beams, adapting to other powers used against you, well there are quite a lot left at the moment in time that could be listed here.
There are many other super powers such as increased intelligence, the ability to create black holes and control them, the ability to blot out all light sources in the area, the ability to mute all sounds in an area or other similar abilities. Really there are quite a lot to choose from at the moment in time, but probably it will just trigger Lucien to evolve to Ancient Narrikian. Who knows though, it could cause something else at the moment in time. It could even make the skin nearly invulnerable, or make you permanently not need to breath, no spells required. Heck, it could even give you a hyper immune system as well and have it protect you better.
Still there is several more powers that remain that could be granted, but due to the sake of being brief I will not at the moment list all the possible abilities that this could grant at the moment in time as I am going to be a bit lazy at the moment. Not only that but this medication has another advantage to it, a side-affect really that Victor did not even bother looking up.. You see it causes a genetic alteration, a massive one to make the power work correctly. Of course with this alteration they would be impervious to biological weapons that had in the past worked against them at the moment in time.
