A purple portal had emerged from the floor in which Kai had stepped out of walking with his genesis staff in hand. Kai stopped a moment to look around "my this place has changed since I've been away, it's time to find my brother." he thought and with that he sent out a telepathic burst to attract his brothers attention.

A hologram of Kaleb James "K2323" Tyris I appeared nearby Kai, a look of mild surprise on his face. The last time he had seen his brother, he'd been the embodiment of Fate, and his brother had been swirling with energies from Anarchy. They had fought to the near death in the city where the Grand Hell Arena had been...

"Kai," K2323 greeted his brother, "Welcome to the Outerverse."

Kai looked at the hologram "It's been quite a while my brother, I believe we should talk in person soon. The matter is of great importance. How have you been though brother? The outerverse has changed quite a bit, since I was last here." he said

Kai laughed and spoke "Yes, he's been gone for quite a while now as for where he went I don't know he finally broke the lock that had been put on him and escaped from my body, all I know is he's out there somewhere now."

"Yeah," K2323 stated dryly, "I know. I think I'm about to fight him... There's about to be a battle, Kai. I don't know what's coming next. All I know is that it's a shot in the dark. I probably won't survive... I just wish I'd gotten to see my son one last time before I die."

Kai looked at his brothers image with a slight regret on his face. "I know the feeling brother, we've lived far longer than we should have though. I believe it's time for us to pass on my brother, let the next generation of genesis dwell and begin to strengthen their powers, that's why I actually came to look for you today. I need your help with the ritual to pass on my powers to my son, I'm expecting to pass on within the next few weeks so before I go I want to make sure he receives all of my powers not just the inheritance of the genesis." he said to the image of his brother.

"There is one ritual I know of," he replied, "But... You might die if you try it."

The Outerverse's hard, clay ground began to change as a black circle appeared on the ground nearby Kai. White and black markings filled the inside of the circle, and it began to rotate clockwise. The circle on the ground was actually spinning like a wheel. Then, it stopped abruptly.

"That circle can extract your soul," K2323 explained, "Just envision your son when you step into the circle, and your powers will be passed onto him... But I've got to warn you, brother. When you step into that circle, all the memories of your life will flash before your eyes."

Kai looked at his brother "It's the right thing to do, I must pass my powers on you and I both know we're growing to old for this brother. After I pass on my powers find my son, begin to train him in the ways help him. Because there's something bigger than anything we've ever dealt with coming and the next generation will need all the help they can get to face it." he replied and began to envision in his mind a picture of his son.

All the energy within Kai's body was slowly transferred to Ryuu as Kai's own spirit began to fade.

Kai now a tenth fold weaker than he was before used his staff to hold himself up as well as he could "Well brother it looks like I won't have much longer in these planes, a few weeks at tops." he said to the image of his brother.

The image of K2323 flickered as a result of the ongoing battle on Shore. He looked at his brother, a concerned expression on his face.

"Brother... I'd like to say sorry for all the wrong I have caused you."

Kai looked at his brother's image with a look of remorse on his face. "It's not your fault brother, we all got mixed up in this fight for power. We were all blinded by greed and power, that it took us over and ruined things that have happened. With our passing maybe our kids will learn from our mistake, they'll need to stick together to survive what's coming in the future too, if they don't then the families legacy won't go on." he said.

K2323 looked at his brother, and a glint of fear was in his own eyes. "You saw something when Anarchy was in your head, didn't you?"

Kai looked down at the ground of the empty planet, then looked up to the image of his brother "Yes, something far worse than anything we have ever faced more powerful than anarchy himself, more powerful than all three of our powers combined. It's something that we alone could not stop, I saw more than that though I am not allowed to speak about it though brother, after anarchy had been released from my body the guardian of time gave me the power to see things of all different times, generations, universes. You name it and I can see it, but as an agreement with the guardian I belong to her council and am bound to it even after death I will be a member of the council. I will be able to roam without being in the spirit realm. But back to what we were discussing my brother, there's something coming and we're going to need to prepare our children for it. So I suggest before your passing you make some kind of deal, because now that Konjan is gone and father has passed... we're the only ones left to train them after our passing." he said to the image of his brother.

"You made a deal with Lady Asura herself?" K2323 asked, his eyes wide with disbelief, "I see... Our kids have already received the training we received. They trained with Konjan years ago... But even their basic training won't be enough, will it?"

Kai looked to his brother with the most serious face he could. "Brother they're going to need a miracle they're going to need something stronger than anything than you could imagine. How do you think father died.... after I had found out about the problem, father and I had been assigned to try and contain it before it could start to grow, but father died on sight of where we managed to contain it, it won't be able to be held for long. I managed to escape but that's why I fear I am dying." he looked at the image of his brother and pulled up his sleeves to reveal markings of ancient curses and spells covering his arms completely to his shoulders.

Kai looked at his brother "It's a bit blurry but yes I remember, and yes I know our sister has passed, I found out when I was helping father but there was nothing I could do to stop it, or help." he said

"The scrolls were not destroyed," K2323 revealed before his image flickered, a red tint in the image now. His image began to disperse before Kai as K2323 lost control over the hologram.

Kai stood there in surprise and watched the image of his brother disappear "Now where am I going to go, there's so much to do before my time of passing onto the new phase." he thought to himself not knowing where to go from here.
