Blue portals opened under water, disturbing currents as they flickered and sputtered, like weakly powered wormholes. They never truly opened, no physical being would be able to cross through. They concentrated in a five mile area, sputtering and spitting out random, flickering messages.
"NOT AG- ITS FAIL- SAME SHIT AS LAST- HOLD ON! J- DEAR GO- A little longer..." The portals ended almost as soon as they began.
