Not allowed to leave until after his trial, Allen would also have his magic suppressed.  Even though they would give basic entertainment and food, Allen would starve himself in preparation for the trial and would also not allow himself to use their entertainment. Since he was not sure what their food could do to someone like him, it was simply for the best anyway.  Plus he would be stuck here for a week anyhow but it would need to be dealt with somehow, it being in this case the backlash he would receive after the arrest became public knowledge, if it became public knowledge.

The Diplomat leading Delta did eventually come to an office labelled "Capitol Districts Commander"
The diplomat knocked thrice and entered "Sir, Lord Delta of the DAIS here to see you."

The Districts commander sighed "Please, enter."

The office was messy as anything, papers strewn across the floor and across his desk- The commander himself looked tired, as if he hadn't slept for a few days "My apologies for the mess. I'm STILL dealing with the fallout of the Plexan incident."

"Naturally." Delta says as he walks in a takes a seat.  "I'm sorry for the last minute intrusion, but MI6 didn't want to wait. "

He forms a Holofile and tosses it to him. "Commander, as we speak a DAIS task force is ready to take that target out. He is a threat to your security. As detailed in that report, that man was on his way to known arms dealers to purchase WMDs to be used against your empire, as well as other empires as well. The team is ready to take him out... I just need your express approval and we are a go. "

[King Jeebus]

He looked through the report "Could you fill me in slightly more before I approve an assassination? You know how the king is about publicity." He continued to peruse the file with a clawed hand "Is it a Fioan citizen primarily?"

"No, he is likely a Narikian Terrorist who will try his very best to hurt you and the Fioan people. My team will be discrete commander..."

"If there is a large lashback the king will have my head" The commander sighed "But a terrorist is a terrorist. Feel free to do as you must provided no Fioan's are harmed in the process."

[Admiral Regis Hermitage]

"Of course, commander. " Delta bows to him and pivots on his heel to turn around. "Director to Task Force 142, link with Team BLACK. We have execute authority. .. do not attempt to apprehend. Lethal force authorized. " he informs the units.

A DAIS Officer nods as he receives the orders from the Director. He turns to his team.

"We have execute authority from the Fioan Government. Contact Team BLACK and see if they've located the target." he informs them.

Their Communications officer nods and stands up. "Sir, Captain KILLILAND says that Team BLACK has located the target... He has just been arrested by the Capital District PD."

The DAIS Officer grins. "This'll be like target practice." he turns on his Comm. "Team BLACK, maintain overwatch. If something goes down, take the target out yourselves."

As the officer is arresting the Narikian, a DAIS Agent walks up to him. "Officer, im from the DAIS MI3. I have orders for this man." he hands him the orders from Dir. Delta and the CD Commander.
