He hate's Embodiments, and goes out of his way to hunt, and kill them. He seems to have a lot of hate for Templars and the Embodiment of Time especially.
 Personality:
Duke is all about one thing, finding and kill as many Embodiments, and their servants as he can. he hates them with every single fiber in his body, not giving a shit if they are technically good, or evil. If it's an Embodiment, he kills it. That's all he cares for in this world. He doesn't eat, he doesn't sleep. He just hunts, constantly. And when he ends up finding one, his own unique powers usually rip them to shreds without the Embodiment having any sort of defense against it. Except one of course.

Beyond his murderous mission Duke is a bland and uninteresting character, after countless years of being on the hunt it's consumed him. He's not nice, or has some sort of soft heart coated in ice. He's a sadistic and twisted killer, who wouldn't hesitate to warp a child into little pieces just to get at an Embodiment. He'll never stop, not until he's dead, or they are.

Biography:
Duke was born in servitude to an Embodiment himself, at least he should've been. But his parents, not wishing for a live of servitude escaped and ran far away. Stealing with them the techniques of spatial manipulation, the power to control the very fabric of space. Can you guess who they used to work for? That's right, Space. After years of running his parents had eventually been tracked down, and killed for stealing the techniques, but unknown to the soldiers that caught up with them they had taught Duke everything he knew. And he was a natural when it came down to it. Easily able to morph and twist the fabric of space like it was nothing but a piece of cloth in his hands. Ripping it asunder, and sewing it back up perfectly.

After that day he swore his vengeance not on just the Embodiment of Space, but on every Embodiment. He swore that he would strip them from their thrones, and then strip the skin from their bodies. He'd make them suffer every minute of their death, and so far? He's been doing pretty good at it, having killed three Embodiments over the years.

Originally Jeebus was allowed the Templars because he limited them and wasn't out to destroy existence. And Time is a force that CAN be manipulated without magic.

On the other hand your guy is a Spatial Manipulator (which I don't see happening unless you're an embodiment or using magic to do it) that's out to destroy all embodiments and not limited?

Space is constantly manipulated by technology. As is Time, not a far stretch to say that Space is as well. And he is limited, it's not like he can up and destroy the entire fabric of space.
