OOC: I dun think so, my titan is still there, and the researchers that are still alive are underground.

The surviving Narrikian ships abandoned the area by OWing away.

IThe Locusts suffered damage by the attack, but not enough to cause massive damage. The loss of life was negligible, their bodies could simply be remade when they got a chance. The Worker-Bees got to work at repairing their host Wasps and Hornets, which responded to the attack decidedly negatively. Through the open Window, the Lorcar focused their psychic power into a wide area around the shield but ultimately not putting much force behind the attack. The effort was to the end of burning out the enemy shield with excessive contact with it.

Meanwhile, on Walape, the Lorcar Bio-Pods and Planet Crackers landed without trouble. The Planet Crackers ate into the crust, mining materials from it, while the Bio-Pods contained Workers, Breeders, and Reavers, and bring soldier/commander castes, but more than all those, a rather unhealthy amount of Mind-Shredders. The Shredders did little at the time, but the Workers produced Bi-Pools while the Breeders created new Castes to growl out from their massive hive-like arms. The Reavers and soldier/Commanders as base guard. There would be resistance if they tried to counterattack the Locusts.

But before the Lorcar had much of any time to respond, the titan came surging through the hyperspace window. It would, without a doubt, crash into many of the smaller ships, and while, yes, it's own shields would be weakened by the assault, the hyperspace window would have already damaged enemy ships' shields and hull integrity. This would be enough to put their ships into critical state.

Just in case that wasn't enough, railguns began to fire at several of the ships as unmanned Shieldshock fighters started to assault enemy shields which were still online. Raven fighters, also unmanned, began to dig into the hulls of ships who's shields had been damaged, literally breaching their hulls. If successful, they would proceed to start digging INTO the ship, digging hulls into said ships. Other unmanned Ravens flew towards the planet, going after the castes on the ground, and began to dig into them.

The Lorcar reflexively created a fixed-distance barrier as the Titan came barreling at them. Instead of blocking the assault, it forced the Lorcar themselves back, protecting them from the brunt of the attack but still leaving them too dazed to put up a powerful counterattack. About the only thing they DID do, only thing they could focus on, was weaponizing their shields in case the enemy tried that again...They made it so their shields, once under attack, would deliver a electrified blast. Certainly not enough to put up with a Titan, but in their state it was the best they could do. And fortunately, the new attacking ships weren't Titans, which would heavily electrify them.

The drilling ships would find themselves being corroded by the acid of the Yellow Jackets they tried to burrow into. Yellow Jackets were made to eat metal, so they were particularly lethal for the ships to burrow into. As for the Rail Cannon shots, they mostly tried to keep moving, preventing the foes from getting a clear shot at them. All damage the ships HAD sustained would be frantically repaired by Worker-Bee Castes. They wouldn't be able to instantly repair everything, but they could still make a difference.

The ground Castes, most of them, were actually too small to be burrowed into, except for the Breeder Castes and a kind of blob-looking thing that it looked like was created by several others coming together. The smaller Lorcar ran for the cover of snow, digging into it to evading the ships while some of the stronger ones actually fired from the ground, a hail of bone striking the ships. Or their shields. Either way. The Breeders, meanwhile, were building-sized Lorcar with long, hived arms. These arms were used by them to grab the ships trying to drill into their thick carapace, and either crush them in their hands or throw them directly at other ships headed for them. As well, while the ships were gripped, Lorcar swarmed out of the holes in the arm and climbed onto the ships, gripping in footholds and breaking through the window and hull, intent on doing as much damage as possible. These were mainly Traverse with Blade-Arms, giving them impressive cutting and gripping power to do this.

But the Shieldshock Fighters were designed for electric currents, they were after all designed to bring down shields, and many shields they encountered were weaponized in such ways. A good number of empires designed their shields that way. The ShieldShock Fighters successfully brought down many of the ships' shields, and would bring down the rest in a matter of time. More Ravens began to attack the unshielded ships, and railgun fire was now concentrated there.

When the Ravens realized that the Yellow Jackets were corroding them, they tried a new approach, launching Decay fields around the enemy Yellow Jackets. The Decay fields would cause the Yellow Jackets to literally wither away into dust, given enough time. The Railgun Fire kept moving, adjusting to changing paths as Energy Missiles were also launched at the ships. The repairing of damages would hardly meet the fire of the massive titan and the smaller fighters, which were attacking with everything they had now. Bullets flying through space, such massive chaos. This was war.

Formation Breaking shields were launched to stop the Lorcar on the ground from contacting each other, or moving in general, creating a series of walls on the planet. As some Lorcar were detected trying to run for cover, they began to be shelled heavily. CutFiber bombs started to drop all around them. Soldiers (Type 3) began to emerge from underground and started firing heavily on the Lorcar. The soldiers were slowly surrounding those on the ground. They had the advantage, as they had been conditioned to the cold here.

The bones met shields around the Ravens. The ones which were fired at targeted the Lorcar, digging into them as well. The Ravens seemed to be capable of moving through the Formation Breaking shields. They also began to dig into arms coming towards them. Time Tower Sun started to charge on the titan.

As unshielded ships were destroyed by continuous fire, and the few ships left which did not have their shields taken out found themselves loosing those very shields and coming under attack, it seemed that victory was in the hands of the Anrufe. Whatever few ships survived would hardly be enough to take on the Anrufe now. The Decay Fields also weakened surviving ships to the point that it would be suicide to try to continue the attack. The energy missiles also crashed into surviving ships, exploding violently into their hulls.

The Lorcar on the ground were also easily squashed, the CutFiber bombs wiping out the vast majority of Lorcar on the ground and underground. What the CutFiber didn't wipe out, the Soldiers did with their artillery. The Ravens digging into Lorcar also helped considerably.

The Anrufe had won. Walape had been defended, and the Lorcar's few survivors wouldn't remain survivors if they didn't leave immediately.
