Personality (one paragraph minimum): Very little has changed in Jay Stryder's personality in the past 8 years, he continues to be an arrogant headstrong person prone to small bouts of alcoholism and womanising. He is highly protective over innocents and will always place high levels of energy into saving as many people as possible over going after a target(See: The Real Mission, Jay ensured that he would save as many as he could before even thinking about confronting the Summon)
Inventory (Weapons, Equipment, Etc): Sword of Ages(This greatsword has changed in appearance since we last saw our Templar hero, it has become longer but less wide, it has also started turning silver with more wing and hourglass décor), The Hook(This has transformed since into a full gauntlet, The Hook now offers further Templar amplification while automatically keeping the influence of time fully stable in a sphere around the wearer), Jay's Stylish Hat(Come on now, we all know and love this hat), clothing(Enchanted to offer basic protection against attacks), hourglass amulet(This was enchanted by Inari, offers Jay access to SOME higher level magical spells that he could not access beforehand due to being human/of low magical level)

The slow ascention is primarily because of him spending a LOT of his time training Inari and Nek.

Unknown. Jay has never canonically attempted to use both forms at once.
Character's History (Minimum 3 Paragraphs):Jay Stryder's past is checkered, much of it is considered legend or tales spun by himself. What is most definite is that before he entered the current timeline he was a level 2 Templar who challenged his once master, the last known Templar Elder. It was a battle Jay had lost and for it Jay was trapped out of the Timeline until the “last Templar fellâ€. This is pretty much what happened, when this undefined last Templar fell Jay was brought back into the universe. This was 8 years ago.
Shortly after Jay's return to the universe, he met the two who would become his first apprentices- Nek Atlas and Inari. With the two of them in tow he had decided to travel to Westhot for the announced festival. This had pretty much gone awfully and led to Jay battling, defeating and sparing the Phoenix Negi Kurai. In the past 8 years Jay has not interacted with Kurai whatsoever, he is highly under the impression that he should have killed her when he had the chance but will not under any circumstanced track her down. After his original battle with the Negi, he entered the domain of Anarchy and during his battle with the embodiment reached the higher Templar levels of Elder which ascended him one level up into Templar level 3. This lead to a large adventure with K2323 and co which ended in Jay going through Hell, killing Sakael and gaining the power of the Outerverse which has still not left him. After about a day of rest, Jay was out again in False Heaven which was shortly destroyed by Kurai. He brought many refugees to his planet of Inarin, many of which decided to stay around under the condition that their lives do not permanently try to affect the welfare or state of the planet itself.
In the past 8 years, Jay has been really quite busy. He has become a somewhat famous figure for his various exploits, known for being a hero who just happened to be in the right place at the right time. He has been attempting to bring the Templar Order as a once more recognised force in the universe, allied with no one but enemies to none. In terms of war, some smaller Empires have tried to attack Inarin and the Order but have all found themselves repelled back through time to where they came from. Jay has made it very clear that while the Templar Order is neutral in the affairs of the universe, HE is not. This causes a lot of issues as Jay leans a lot towards the stereotypical “Good†but in some cases his hand is forced to lean back into Neutrality. Jay has not made many efforts in the way of finding his rogue Negi, Shift, as Shift has mostly been quiet in his various efforts- Staying just out of the Templar's radar. A lot of Jay's efforts have gone into the training of Inari and Nek Atlas to become Templars of their own- As such he hasnt put much effort in the way of training himself and has only ascended one Templar level since he was last seen.

The planet of Inarin was a planet long undisturbed by sentient touch. From one pole to the other it was covered in forest, long preserved in a single season of spring by the mighty Temporal Citadel in the far north.
This planet was once occupied by the old order of Templars before they created a different hubworld in the domain of Time. Now it would become the new homeworld for every Templar to come to being.
Jay Stryder, the last Templar in the universe, materialised in a flash of white light in front of the Temporal Citadel. Here we are. Jay thought, staring up at the mighty construct before him Now...How do I get in...?
As if the Citadel had heard his thoughts, a second voice boomed in his head;
Welcome back, Templar.
What is your wish with me?
"My name is Jay Stryder, the last Templar in existance. I wish to create a new order of Templars and... I want to request your help." Jay shouted out.

Jay was suddenly surrounded by a blue, calming light and everything seemed to shift around him. He was now in a dimly lit, huge room. He instantly recognised this to be the Elder Room of the Temporal Citadel; It was exactly like the Elder Room of the old Templar hub except....
In the middle of the room was a stone plinth with a greatsword stabbed into it.
Take it and claim your destiny, Templar.
Jays hand hovered over the hilt of the blade before he finally and firmly grasped it.
This is the Sword of Ages. It has chosen you as its Master.
He pulled the blade out of the stone, having to steady himself as the sword effortlessly separated itself from the stone.
As have I.
White light emanated from Jay, lighting up the dimly lit room and seemingly the whole Citadel. This was now his sword, his Citadel, his planet and his Order. With such an amazing happening, Jay felt that he HAD to say something; He had to give some sort of epic one-liner. It was practically required.
"....Bitchin."
Explanation of Templar Levels:
Templar Level is very similar to the concept of any other levelling system except that it has a range of 1-7. Many Templars are sired and enter at anywhere between level 0.5-1.5 depending on their natural affinity with Time. At lower levels, Templars can still progress their abilities of their original races but after level 2 while they keep any racial powers they can no longer progress them(After level 2 Inari can no longer get any better at being a Fox Sage, Nek no longer has the chance to become an Ancient Narrikian etc). After Level 2.5 the Templars body begins to change, their eyes become hectochromatic, their original eye colour being mixed in with silver. From this point onwards the silver will begin to take over their original eye colours- Eventually becoming completely silver. At level 3.5 the Templar's blood will take a silver colour also. This is the limit of physical changes. As the Templar gains power it requires less and less physical energy to perform Templar Arts. Note that 7 is the highest DOCUMENTED Templar level, it is technically possible to reach higher levels but it has never actually happened.
