Territory Name: Providence
Territory Description: Celso knew the Neo Narrikian Empire would need a home-world and so rather than go through the efforts of conquering one which would likely lead to a war, something else was done on their own without the aid of any empire. Ships were deployed and a whole lot of space debris was gathered about as much as a planet. From there, with the help of several of the more inclined Narrikians a core for the planet would be constructed, but made different. It has a layer of wards on it that make it to where Celso has total control over the planet. The planet uses Floating Cities as military bases while the civilians live on the ground. Heavy defenses have been erected around this planet and it serves as a home world and a military base all in one. It was dubbed Providence after his former fortress in the K City which was also used in the construction of this, giving it AT and similar properties that he can control....at will.
