Territory Name: Luna City
Territory Description: This city was built many years ago on the moon of Earth while the K Empire was in control of Earth. It served for many years as a first line of defense for Earth but soon it became a city itself. With artificial gravity and atmosphere the Luna City base has become an actual city. This city has a population in the millions and is the last known Earth city that remains untouched by Treena. It is the current seat of power for the remains of the Earth government since Treena took over Earth.

Ownership: The United Earth Government (Or Military.)
