Honestly, that makes any and all attacks until you calm down metagaming in my opinion. While teleporting a planet in two posts would normally be a bit eh. However, the planet IS Treena for now. So teleporting herself is very normal. Honestly I didn't need to give you two posts to figure out what to do about it, I was being nice and made it two posts, start of spell, and completion. For a spell that is normally, "lol I just tele..." that was pretty generous of me.

Level fives can teleport themselves. You have no restriction about teleporting yourself at level five, and also, honestly, planetary level magic is level 5 anyway. So yes, a level five can teleport a planet, had it not been here own body... it would have been a bit harder, but hell its not even hostile magic.

Again, you can teleport yourself.
