Race Request- Belkan

The Belkans were much more evolved versions of Humans. Originating from the Former ISAF Empire after Reaching Tier-0 (Trans-sentient) they disappeared without a trace leaving only a few people of their race behind. Though they took their posessions,planets and most of thier own with them...thier Marks can be found in thier Great Marvels of Construction,Innovations in Technology and their infamous Glassing of Planets over the 1000s of years they ruled.  The Belkans Are Smarter amd more skilled with the Use ofTechnology and some have been known to practice Magic.

What do they look like? What parts of them evolved? What sets them apart from normal humans?  What's the average lifespan? etc.

Well they looks Like humans but Slightly Taller. They Have more Evolved Brains and Physical Features. Ave Life Span is 150-175. or up to 250 (Using Achient ISAF Anti-Aging tech).. The thig that set them apart fromthe Human Race is that they Can adapt Quicker than normal humans,they Are normaly Smarter than the Average. As well as being able to survive in bad conditions. Most have Ecellent Aim and are Very Tech orianted other than the Random Mage who may use magic
