3-Day rule: Contact ammendment

Simple suggestion for the 3 day rule; try contacting them before calling it. If Hikaru had texted me; as she still has my number, but I lost her's due to my old phone breaking I would've been able to tell her I wouldn't be able to reach a computer.

It's just trying to make it so we don't just have people get almost? fucked over by life.

I personally disagree with this. There is definitely a flaw in the system, but this is like taking out a bullet with your only tool being your bare hands: it'll do more damage to fix it like that then to simply leave it be.

I think if you have such a busy life that you can't get on every 3 days, and cannot post for leave, then SP ismt for you. I work full time, and have a social life, yet I manage to get on, even if its only on my mobile.

Going along with what Lyoko said, people shouldn't be able to go on eternal hiatus as well and be immune from 3-day rule especially if they just attacked a place and going on hiatus would lock everything up (Cap.) Hiatus is meant for breaks, or if you absolutely can't be on, but even then say you lost access and don't have a computer (Cap) or are pulled away with no way to get on , or some other circumstance that leaves you without access for a long time except at Libraries and such (Blackcat), then your stuff should have a limit to how long it can be off limits.

True we want everyone to play fairly, but staying on hiatus can be exploited and used or lock things up. Such as the case with Yuki's race and Cap's attack. She hasn't been able to RP whatsoever due to the fact of the argument about it for so long and made it even longer when Cap lost access to a computer at his house and went on full hiatus.

If you can't be on at least once a day or 3 times a week, then your attacks and what you own should be free-game.

While I understand the Yuki situation. The thread was locked, thus it wasn't like I could post, or anyone else for that matter. Also, to unlock the thread, nto tell anyone invovled except Yuki, (Nik and me). Doesn't seem fair either, it didn't need a three-day rule the thread needed to be unlocked because Nik and me decided to just roll with a comprimise. However, it wasn't unlocked until now, and right after it was unlocked you allowed a three-day rule...

Ummm, wtf?

I think it's reasonable to ask that you try contacting someone before calling the three day rule, though there's really no way to enforce this.

The only thing I have that I would have to say the 3 day rule would not apply would be Luna City. K2 is helping defend it and if he is gone three days yet I'm here to defend it then I don't really think it is fair. K2 is the front defense. Luna City isn't actually in danger of an attack yet by Bladeswipes forces since he has hardly entered the solar system. Not to mention Cap is now doing something and it is locking up the attack even more. Also even if he would be able to officially call the three day rule he isn't getting anything. The city would in turn just blow itself up to prevent sensitive information from being handed over.

Also lets look at this way. I try to come everyday to check when I'm not working. So I really am making an attempt.
