After all, it had been a territory of the harsh XANACorian government once years before, and the people here had lived under martial law... So naturally, when the dead returned to life on Gyroku, there was bound to be not just rejoicing but chaos as well.
Marching in the streets, many sages from the old regime were shouting out demands, and if the situation was not taken care of, there could very well be a full scale riot. Others were happy to rejoin with their families. It was going to be a long, long day.
