So, there seems to be some confusion over Earth. Earth was devastated from a nuclear holocaust. There is no radiation (for some unseen reason yet to be revealed) but anyone who was not in a bunker during the war is dead. There are only roughly 70,000 humans left on Earth. The population is mainly concentrated in Russia and America. People in countries such as England and China were mainly unaffected by the nuclear radiation, but there have been countless riots in such countries, reducing the population significantly.
