OOC: Been meaning to get this topic started for a while now. Sorry for taking so long Nis. ;_;
The base commissioned for the Sons of Plunder was ready after quite some time, and while fairly sparse for now the Mechera figured they'd have equipment of their own to bring in. A Mechera operative, accompanied by a few Police Mechs(mostly there in case of a random criminal attack, security presence and what not), held the sponge-stone thing and squeezed it like they'd been instructed to do when they wanted to contact their newfound allies.
