There were things some people did not want to do. For Nicholas diplomacy was one of the most difficult and tedious things he had ever under-went. Still if it meant removing one obstacle in his path to find the Mechera that had experimented upon his friends before they had become those soulless automatons and could not speak then Nicholas was all for it. Jeff was allied with the Narrikian Collective for another reason and that reason was a simple one.  His plans depended on the Narrikian Collective winning against the current group known as the Anrufe so he could see if his family was alive or not.  Silas unlike the other two was here of his own free will. After they had all exited the Corridor of Light, Silas asked a guard near the gates. "Would it be permissable for me to meet with the ruler of this area to discuss them sending a person to join the strike force that is being formed?"

"Of course," the guard replied, "Welcome, Narrikians. I will alert the castle of your arrival. I trust you know how to get there."

The massive gates of K City opened for the Narrikians.

Silas nodded at Jeff. Jeff once more thrust out his arm opening another Corridor of Light, but this one led directly to the castle. There was no time to waste any time. Silas, Jeff and Nicholas all headed to the castle in order to get one of the members of the Strike Force on board. For they had a limited amount of time to operate in and a lot to get done in that amount of time.
